I went to CVS minute clinic and that was lousy experience I'll never go back and would recommend anyone to go there ,went with a heart problem all they wanted to do was vaccinate me !!! Seems like they wanted the$$$$$$$$$$$$ and that's it $$$$$

Today my tire unfortunately experienced a flat tire as I was trying to leave Banner Thunderbird. Previously, a Laz Parking valet by the name of Juan J., overheard me on the elevator advising a family member that I think I might have a flat due to a hissing sound coming from my car’s rear tire as he transported an elderly patient to their appointment.
Already the day was stressful enough as it was the last day of my semester’s graduate classes at ASU and I had to complete pre-op testing for an upcoming surgery. Due to the compassionate nature of Juan J., the frustration I was experiencing was reduced during a period of intense stress!
Banner has many wonderful friendly employees that worked there that day, but Juan Carlos integrity stood out most! Thank you Juan J., and Banner for employing kind people like him! ☺️

Banner Medical Group is a professional, well organized facility which allows a patient the convenience to visit a medical professional, get services done such as blood work, imaging and some types of surgery under one roof. All staff from the greeter at the front door to the doctors and staff are always kind and caring and willing to assist and satisfy the patient needs. The BMG definitely makes a sometimes stressed and nervous patient feel comfortable and respected. Excellently organized facility.

Great service from the front office, and great service from the doctors and M.A as well from the nurse practitioner. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Thanks to all the staff there!!
