Went in to get under my husbands bank account. The older (oldest) lady there told him she could not assist him because we needed an appointment (cool then do that) and then she was soo annoyed and told us they were booked out for the next 3 weeks (cool make us an appointment after 3 weeks). She then proceeded to tell us to go to another location to get under his bank account (wouldn’t every Bank of America location have appointments like she claims their location does?). I’ll be waiting there for her next shift and seeing how many people she actually does have under appointments booked for that day. She sounded LAZY and looked like she did not want to do her job. Hopefully someone fires her because there are hard workers willing to get paid to do what she does. (LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE)

Worst customer service. Under staffed. They don’t care about customer needs. It’s been like this for more than 2 years now. They never pick up the phone and it you go there, they tell you take an appointment for every little thing. Also, always out of deposit slips. They will tell you they just ordered it. I was hoping I willGet some help from the manager but she was very rude. Now I know where all the staff is learning the customer service lessons .

Always slow. You better schedule 20-30 mins for basic items. Always people standing around too...maybe cross train?? Our time matters B of A.

worst bank in world, customer services also the same ..i opened account after week suddenly account closed and they are telling go to bank and open new account.Stupid bank why they created initially and why they are asking go bank and open new account, because of these things my paycheck was delayed ...!

This branch needs a new office manager. Very bad service. Hour's of operation are until 4pm.This location leaves early always. Very upsetting especially when I race over there to make it by closing time and they have everything locked up and are in their cars pulling out. I am seriously going to move my business account elsewhere. I need better customer service than this!!!This is a warning to everyone else reading this rating.

Terrible customer service at this branch is what I have come to expect and today was no exception / today was a Karen who did nothing but hassle me over getting a document notarized - ended up going to UPS store and they took great care of me. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to me - over the 9 years I've lived here and used this branch always an issue. Avoid if you can!

Absolute worst service at any bank I've ever been at. Every time i've called in the last 6 months, no answer. You go inside and you almost feel like you're an inconvenience. They typically say, "don't you have the app? You can do it on there." Whether its deposit a check or try to do a currency exchange. I spoke with one nice teller who set an appointment with a notary at 8:30AM. I show up, building locked. Another employee was walking in and I asked how I meet the notary. She brushed me off and said we don't open til 9, you can try to come back later. Walking with her back to me as she spoke. If BOA wasn't linked with Merrill I would immediately pull all money out and go back to Wells Fargo Peoria. Their staff made you feel welcome and always answered their phones.Update - It was nice that I received a call and they apologized. Definitely appreciated. Not often a company cares enough to follow-up.

I’ve had 4 fails in a row with Bank of America using their app, web site and a visit to a full service branch. Its an ok bank if all you need is cash from a machine.

Feel robbed ! Went to get 100$ worth of change in quarters... it was a quick exchange so no receipt of course. drove 45 mins to my work because this location was near my house so I went there first .. got to my job started out filling up my canisters for the day and cometo find out each roll of $10 only had 9 dollars in it or 9.25 ...... so I missing 7-8$ wtf ?!!!! Called the branch 3 times! And no answer and feeling really betrayed . I wonder if they purposely do this ? Or what is going on ???? Never getting my change there again
