Josef the store manager helped me out when I had no idea what I was doing with my low profile vehicle. He got under my car and actually fixed my issue, great Customer Service and I definitely will be coming back.

I came today because I needed to buy certain parts for my car that I needed and spoke to the Store Manager Joseph Barajas. They were not major parts but as a woman that had never done any of this before, he made me feel at ease and not only that, he helped installed them in my car.
It’s not everyday that you find someone that is willing to go above and beyond to help their customers by not only selling to them what they came to buy but by helping them if they need an extra hand.
Thanks Mr. Barajas for going above and beyond your job responsibilities today, you have proven to be an asset to your organization and they should be very proud of having you at your store and your company representing them! I definitely recommend this Autozone store to anyone and specially Mr. Joseph Barajas to anyone looking to receive top notch customer service delivered anytime! Thanks again!

had one of my break light bulbs go out and Joseph did a phenomenal job assisting me with replacing it! he was quick and informative and diligent with making sure my problem was solved which was very much appreciated as someone who’s clueless when it comes to cars!! :)

Joseph B. Provided exceptional customer service, knowledge and expertise to my family! My son’s rear tail light was out… we had no idea what type of light we needed, so he looked up the specific item for our car and retrieved it off the shelf for us. He even told us how to install the light and provided us with gloves and informed us the purpose was so that our hand oils did not transfer to the bulb and not compromise the life of the bulb. Joseph also ensured we had oil for my son’s car and took the time to kindly explain to my 17 year old kiddo the importance of keeping the oil changed. He looked and retrieved the oil we needed and gave us a funnel and explained how to add it to the car, at least to carry us until we get an oil change. We were incredibly grateful for Joseph. He was very personable and an all around kind person. Excellent customer service we highly recommend him and this Autozone location.

I came onto autozone tonight and Joseph greeted me right away. And he helped fix my headlight issue. I hadn't realized how easy it could be. I'm not a city girl. I'm just passing through. I felt like I was driving through the country side, getting some of that good old fashion country service. You are Golden with a man like Joseph running your store. So so so helpful.

Had a great experience at this location. Nancy was very helpful at getting me the parts needs to get my car.back on the road again after days of frustration and people giving me the wrong information at other places. She went above and beyond and is the reason I now only go to this location when able. Great customer service and was above my expectations from past experiences and I've been to alot of auto parts stores over the years. Thanks Nancy for all your help. It's not everyday you find someone that not only does their job going above and beyond but to be happy going to work everyday and loving what they do and how they can help customers like myself! I hope all your hard work pays off!

Nancy at Autozone on 91st and Northern is the best in customer service. Jose could not stop talking about how friendly, and helpful Nancy was, and how she solved his problem with a smile. Jose recommends that you see Nancy when you have automotive needs. (I am writing this review for my neighbor Jose who does not have internet access)

I have the auto zone app. to help me find the items I'm looking for. The people are friendly and helpful. My experience has been items that say in stock are actually there and for the same price. They open at 7 so come early and your in and out..

Omg I went to Auto Zone on 91st Ave & Northern & Joseph Barajas helped me find the Power steering my car needed but Not only that he noticed I needed windshield wipers and he found the right ones!! O’Reilly’s had told me I needed to find them at a dealership. He even installed them for me & gave me an awesome price! I went for one issue but took care of 2 issues on the spot! Thank you so much Auto Zone & Joseph for your help! ?? ?❤️

Wasn't busy, but only one person working the counter. A few people walked out because they were tired of waiting. I wasn't in that big of a hurry so I waited. I don't know what the issue was with the customer ahead of me was, but they were checking different options on the parts. After they finally figured it out, then it still took them a while longer to pay and package up the parts. If there were one more person working the counter the other people probably wouldn't have left, and I could've gotten my part a lot quicker and left as well.
