Recently went in to Scotts for service on my Audi. Very easy to work with, fair, honest pricing. I will continue my service with them and recommend them whenever I get the chance.
Update: 7/28/24 Second time going in for service! Incredible service, they just make sure everything is done well. I will always bring my vehicle here for service.

Nick, my service technician went above and beyond. Make sure my car repairs were done efficiently. It went on its way to help me get my car repaired at a reasonable price and reasonable timeline. I think everybody Scott automotive doing such a wonderful job

Such a great team here! I was visiting from Utah and they got my Jetta in the same day to fix up my AC and replace the compressor. They also fixed up some little things I’ve been meaning to get done and help point me in the right direction for future projects.
10/10 would recommend these guys!! Very friendly and helpful group! Thanks again!

First time in for an oil Change. Someone saw me arrive and came to the front door and opened it for me, the attention to detail is too notch, the mechanic did an overall check of my engine and batter and gave me a list of items that are due or coming up. Everyone was very nice a k courteous, received a follow up text to check how everything was. Could not be happier with Scott’s and the crew! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

In for an oil change and a look over. The free transportation from and to the business was greatly appreciated. Malia provided the information I needed and kept me informed on the progress of the service on my vehicle. I would recommend both Scott's and Malia.

From the moment I arrived for the first time I realized I was at the right shop! Malia the service writer was courteous and pleasant. She listed my concerns and we interfaced with another service advisor. I left my
Audi Q5 Prestige knowing it was in good hands. Several hours later I received a detailed text report with pictures of the service required. It was not as extensive as the dealer listed.
I called Malia, she got the OEM parts ordered and on their way. I left the car overnight to be picked up the following day. As promised it was completed by midday.
The prices were fair and reasonable saving me thousands of dollars!
I am grateful to have discovered Scott’s German Auto Peoria and highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
Recently, I had more extensive work preformed with the same high quality of workmanship and customer service.

I was looking for a new place to get work on my vehicle done that would be quick and fairly priced. I had seen Scott's shop from the road several times and decided to give it a try. I had an air-conditioning issue and it was heading into summer. Not only did they resolve it much quicker than previous shops I had used, they did so at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again for future service needs.

I was dropping my car off for scheduled work when a family emergency came up. They rearranged their work schedule to accommodate me, and my car was ready a few hours later. It helped me avoid a major inconvenience.
