“We had an issue with a new vehicle and tried to go to the North Scottsdale location on Scottsdale road and explained what was happening to the valet. They said we would have to make an appointment. I tried to explain it’s something that is disconnected and simply needs to be reattached. They asked the service advisor and came back and said they couldn’t help us. So much for service from a brand you would expect a better experience from so we decided to take the vehicle to the Arrowhead Mercedes location and Wow…. what a difference. Sure they are busy as well but took the time to listen to what the issue was and brought it back in to take a look and see how they could best help us. Thank you Arrowhead Mercedes!
If you are looking to buy a new car whether BMW or Mercedes or have your car serviced I would highly recommend the Arrowhead family of dealerships.

“This was my first time using Scott’s German Auto Repair since I’ve always gone through the dealership. Both of my headlights had gone out on my Atlas, and it was a very expensive repair—upwards of a few thousand dollars. When I brought my car in, they let me know one of the headlights was on backorder and could take a couple of months, so I had just one replaced at first.
After that repair, a sensor went out due to the bumper having to be removed for the headlight replacement, but they assured me it would be repaired at no cost to me—and they kept their word. To my surprise, the second headlight arrived in less than a week, much sooner than expected. Even though I had to pay for the second repair sooner than planned (and essentially twice the labor), they went above and beyond by taking a couple hundred dollars off my bill to make up for the inconvenience.
I’m a very loyal customer when businesses do right by me and provide great customer service and quality work—and they absolutely did. I’ve owned my Atlas for seven years, always serviced at the dealership, and in all that time no one ever remembered my name. But here, after just one visit, they did. That says a lot.

This simple review won’t do the shop justice, but I will recommend them (and have already) to anyone I know getting off road work done in the Phoenix area.I came in with a stock Rubicon and left with an off road beast that drove better than stock. I had them install a lift, all new performance steering parts, new shocks, a new bumper and winch, a new spare tire carrier, RV flat tow components, 37” tires, and a Tazer programmer.They were so great to work with- friendly, knowledgable, communicative, flexible, and affordable. Not sure how it could’ve been a better experience.This shop knows what it’s doing and it shows. I’m very happy with the results.”

“Excellent service. Due to a shoulder Injury im unable to use my right are so I took my car in to have the.battery replaced. All I did was mention that I needed help and it was done for me. About 4 years ago I had to have a battery replaced. When the manager checked he said I had one more day on my warranty so there was no charge. Talk about honesty so I only go to O’Reilly for my auto parts.”

“After being rudely and dismissed by the AutoZone on Lake Pleasant Pkwy, I came to this location where I have always received great assistance. Germaine helped me pull the correct bulbs for all my lights on the backside of my car. He pulled one light assembly and made the changes. Aftering seeing how he did it, I used the store's tools and changes the bulbs on the other side.
This was a completely different experience and Germaine redeemed my opinion of AutoZone.

“I came here to buy, and have installed, a battery for a Muslim brother of mine. I would have given it five stars but the agent didn't offer me the option of buying a bracket for the battery. Some people would consider that to be good customer service because they don't want to be over sold. For me, I think that the offer should have been made since the brother needs a battery bracket. His is through.
The lobby of the place was decent and there were a number of handy things for sale. The agent was a nice guy, fairly straight forward and to the point. I didn't have to wait long. I was offered a number of battery options from standard to top of the line. I put the battery in my Muslim brother's name in case he needed to use the warranty. Other than that, I use Interstate batteries because I think they're the best.
I felt like the location was way out of the way but I am the type that is willing to go out of my way for a quality product. If you are in the area and want to grab a top notch car battery, I would say that you should give this location a try.”
“I'm doing a lot of crafts and love decorating for holidays, so we probably go 3 times a month if not more. Love all the things there. Although I have noticed this year, the stock is never fully done. I know it's busy for Christmas but it's been every holiday. And of all the times I've been over the last 7 months of making wreaths and needing supplies, I can count on one that had the employees who were nice. It's been a huge letdown to have rude or snarky staff. They don't help you. They are just kind of there, heaven forbid you need material cut. There is a lady in that area that is extremely rude and the manager doesn't seem to have a second care if you tell her, like I said I get that it's Christmas times and it's busy, but I've been going for years, and more often just the last 7 months, like 3 or 4 times a month, and it's been happening the entire time. No change in the attitudes of employees.
Giving 4 stars really on products in the store at this point.. for the most part, the quality is top notch, and the selection is great. Something for everyone.”
