“This place had so much great craft supplies from all over the globe in one spot. A little overwhelming the first time you go in but will definitely visit again!”

“I'm doing a lot of crafts and love decorating for holidays, so we probably go 3 times a month if not more. Love all the things there. Although I have noticed this year, the stock is never fully done. I know it's busy for Christmas but it's been every holiday. And of all the times I've been over the last 7 months of making wreaths and needing supplies, I can count on one that had the employees who were nice. It's been a huge letdown to have rude or snarky staff. They don't help you. They are just kind of there, heaven forbid you need material cut. There is a lady in that area that is extremely rude and the manager doesn't seem to have a second care if you tell her, like I said I get that it's Christmas times and it's busy, but I've been going for years, and more often just the last 7 months, like 3 or 4 times a month, and it's been happening the entire time. No change in the attitudes of employees.
Giving 4 stars really on products in the store at this point.. for the most part, the quality is top notch, and the selection is great. Something for everyone.”

Always a pleasant experience- store is (okay stocked), the staff (I have interacted with Linda & Nathaniel) at the fabric counter are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & careful with each cut. The store appears clean, the staff at the registers were polite & friendly.”
