I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my wife a new bike here at Arrowhead. It was a great experience .D low and his team were able to get the bike at the price I wanted it at . They even showed me around the store and I got meet everyone from each department. They all made me feel like family there. My wife is super happy with her new softtail heritage. . Thank you all for your help in making this an awesome experience. My next bike will be purchased here!!!! You all have a customer for life . Thanks again.

My husband Bill has been going back and forth about purchasing a new trike since he has cancer and has lost some muscle mass in his left arm. He finally was able to put a deal together with Kelly Bruce and Nick Mueffelman along with Jon Valentine to finalize a deal. We are super excited and pleased on how we were treated. The paperwork was all ready when we decided the price was a good and final offer. Thanks Arrowhead Harley Davidson it's great being a part of your family.

Arrowhead is the best Harley Davidson dealer I have bought from in many decades.
Sales: Kelly Bruce was unbelievably patient. I was not what you would call a good customer . I procrastinated and vacillated. Kelly was great at dealing with my issues and finally got the motorcycle and deal I was hoping for. He really took care of my wife and myself. Even after the sale. Actually all the sales people were friendly and really didn't fit the sometime bad stereotype of "salesmen". Very refreshing.
Service: It is a top notch service department. Everyone from the Service Manager, Chris (?), to the technician were friendly, helpful and professional.
The Service Manager, Chris, made sure our motorcycle was perfect. He is a very engaging and pro active manager. He really inspired me to have confidence, going forward, in the Arrowhead Service Department.
Clothing: Although all the ladies were very friendly and helpful, I dealt mostly with Kalee.. A very special young lady who was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
We only had one issue in finace. Thankfully, Kelly and Bryan "Clink" intervened. Thanks to both.
We did deal with Jon the next day. He was quick and professional and thanked us for our purchase. We appreciate that.
I would recommend Arrowhead Harley Davidson to anyone interested in a new or used Harley. Top notch dealership. I even recommended Arrowhead to several people today.
And I would highly recommend Kelly Bruce to anyone looking for a no pressure professional to help you find your new or used Harley. Thanks Kelly.

Great place to buy a Harley. As I have transitioned from two wheels to 3 wheels as my balance has got worse with age and I just wasn’t ready to give up the open air just yet.

Mandi was amazing. No pressure at all. Super patient and thorough. Made sure I got the bike I wanted not just anything to make a sale. Could tell she cared about making sure I left happy and on the ride of my dreams. Went more than above and beyond.

Bought my first ever motorcycle and it was a 2023 Harley Softail Standard due to the team at Arrowhead HD. Price listed online was different than what was shown on the showroom. So, I’m glad I got a great deal on a bike I thought was outside my base MSRP budget; however, be ready to ask what the final $$ amount is at the end of the deal because it might go back to being outside your overall budget.
Also, be sure to have the M-endorsement on your license so you have no commitment to a bike when you test ride. I had to go through the entire process of purchasing with a down payment to legally test ride with the caveat that if I disliked the bike I could return and get my down payment back. I have my endorsement from successfully completing a Harley Ride Academy just not on my license yet (TN license requires in-person DMV visit within the state of TN). Total process was lengthy but made easy by the team. All in all just be smarter / more patient than me when shopping after completing your BRC.
Despite the lengthy process, initial impression and ride was a thrill so I kept the bike, a new 2023 Softail Standard with matte black rims. The Arrowhead Team I worked with headed up by Mandi were a delight to work with and made the experience of buying a first bike easy.

Extremely disappointed. Waited all week to capitalize on the free install for grips. Email ad said "Free labor on ALL grip purchases". Went to the store Saturday after work and was told it "Not for heated grips" I know the add says some exclusions apply for CYA but why didn't it say "SOME" purchases. I didn't press the issue because I knew it wouldn't matter but the disappointment runs deep. As a loyal consumer, this dealer won't be in my top consideration for a long long time.

Never got around to reviewing this place. Just thinking about it and getting aggravated. All they care about is the sale. Don't do complete inspections on used bikes. Read your contract. Told me I was getting 2 year warranty for price of one. He checked off one. Was surprise to me after year passed. Brandon in finance wouldn't return my calls.
