I was in line waiting to pick up a prescription and was told by a lady behind the counter that they were now closed for lunch. Keep in mind that the time had just turned to 1:30. Very bad customer service to not at least attend to the people that are in the line prior to your 1:30 lunch break! We will be transferring all of our families prescriptions to another pharmacy!!

This is my Albertson's. I stupidly lost my wallet in this store but they recovered it and kept it for me. Outstanding team members include AMY. Best Cashier in all 50 states with over 30 years experience. Amy and Lance were helping me recently. Betsy Palmer another GREAT team member. Very hepful.

I just started shopping at Albertson's in the last couple months. I am so impressed with their sale prices and the quality of their meats. I shop for specials at the stores and Albertson's has outshined most of its competitors and their sale prices. At least that's been my experience. Staff are very helpful and pleasant and will go out of their way to help you. Thank you Albertsons for a job well done in my opinion!!

I have been a loyal Albertsons shopper since 1991. Over the past year I've noticed a huge decline in the service provided at the Deer Valley and 83rd Ave location in Peoria AZ. Not all areas... mostly the deli. The deli crew is never appropriately staffed leaving these mostly young adults to prepare all the special order trays, cooking the hot foods, and serving customer's deli orders. I've never seen a store manager giving them any sort of help. Some of the deli staff can be a bit cranky, and I can't blame them. The last time I was in the store on the morning Saturday 8/19. There were just two deli workers as is typically the case on busy Saturdays. They were clearly frantically working on party trays/sandwiches etc. Right in front of me a store manager (not sure if the name but probably in his 50's with facial hair) went back there to bust the chops of one of the workers. It wasn't loud but the body language was obvious. He didn't pull up his sleeves to help at all. I felt so bad for the worker that was clearly working her tail off. I often have to wait quite some time before these poor kids can get to taking my order. I've made comments to managers and it's always the same answer, they can't get the help they need. Weirdly, when I go to Fry's or Sprouts they have numerous deli workers prepping and serving customers. I've been patient for quite some time but I will be taking my business to Fry's and Sprouts where they clearly pay more and provide their deli staff with better coverage. For the record...the vast majority of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps if they make some improvements I will reconsider going back.

The only nice workers were the people behind the bakery section. I went to get meat from the deli section and the girl was so rude, and was nothing but attitude. Even went to the starbucks and the girls working seemed like they hated being there.

Some items were not put into our cart. We realized when we got home they were missing. I called the next day and they had written it down. We need to go back in and it will be taken care of. Awesome customer service!

I have been patronizing this store for 23 years. I drive by Fry's to go to Albertsons. It's time to start driving by Albertsons and go to Sprouts. With the digital coupons that don't show up at the checkout, self or otherwise, it has just become so burdensome to shop here. Nothing seems to work. At the self checkout, you have to stand around for 5 minutes to get someone to help you. I don't mind the occasional glitch, but it's every single time I shop here. I'm done.

Love the online drive-up service. Very helpful and friendly employees. I always get great service. Some customers can say otherwise but that's because they're dishonest and very rude to them. I have seen it 1st hand when I went to pick up my order. Heard a rude customer going off on one of the guys who took out their order. If you're going to be nasty to these employees how about you SHOP for yourself by going inside the store.

I typically live this location of Albertsons. At times, there are issues, but overall it is my favorite grocery store in the area! Check out the bakery pictures thatvInpoated!! They also have sheet cake.options and multiple additional bakery cases or shelves!!

I highly suggest staying away from this store. Ordered delivery yesterday and paid extra for it to be delivered at 10 am today. It's 8 pm now and they canceled my order AND deleted my account!! All my chats are discussing the issue are just gone now. They did not notify me it was cancelled. And on top of that they still charged me and refuse to give me the food I paid for or a gift card or anything to go get it myself. I talked to the store manager Travis Curtis and he basically told me I'm shit out if luck. Absolutely unacceptable. I had to report them to my bank to get the charge removed so I can buy diapers for my baby. Just don't waste your time with this company. Fry's is cheaper anyway.

It was my Girlfriend's Daughter's birthday and we were trying to find a birthday cake. We ended up checking at this Albertson and so glad we did!We found the perfect cake and the woman working in that area was awesome, friendly, and helpful. She quickly assisted us and personalized it for us.The cake was delicious and looked very pretty!

Luann the pharmacist gets too frazzled when it’s busy. My Doctor called in a few prescriptions, but I only needed one right away. I asked if I could wait in the waiting area where no one else is waiting. She still made we wait 1-2 hours. Every other pharmacist that has been there and I ask to wait, will get it done right away. She has terrible customer service. I was bummed to see she was back. Not a happy customer.

I pre-ordered a prime rib for Christmas. When I went to pick it up at the meat counter they couldn’t find my order but they were kind enough to wrap up one on hand, I paid for it and left. Then at about 8pm I got a call from a delivery guy from Albertsons asking about delivering my prime rib. I told hi. I never asked to have a prime rib delivered and that I had already picked it up and paid for it. He said ok and hung up. A few minutes later I got an email from Albertsons saying that I had just picked up my prime rib and charged me again. I contacted customer service who said they couldn’t help me. I am now left to dispute the charge through my bank. I like this Albertsons but don’t ever pre-order anything from them.
