Today I came here for a treaded closing cup for a 5 gallon gasoline tank....
They didn't have it just the complete set....
When I asked about just the cup the gentleman says it's about the money?
It's just $12.99
You can buy the set and you can throw it away what you don't need.....
Yes, sadly it's about the money...
But besides that, I never in my life felt more humiliated than this.....

Needed an extra key fob and emergency key for my car. Bought one on the internet and took it to Ace to cut the key and to see if they could program it.. SORRY YOU HAVE TO BUY OUR KIT AND THEY ALSO REFUSED TO CUT THE KEY ONLY. So much for helpful hardware man.

Ruggerio’s Ace Hardware store has the best associates who immediately step-up to offer assistance every time I visit the store. They are the most helpful and courteous with the values of a small home town approach with a large variety of products offered. Often times staff will even help me sort through the hardware bins and load up the hardware bags and fill out the price for convenience and speed of service. This store has the right knowledgeable people with exemplary customer service. No where else have I received personalized help. I also appreciate the large assortment of quality products especially the nuts and bolts bins.

It's always an awesome place! If you are introverted, don't freak out by the workers always asking if they can help you find something—that's just the way they do business! It's one of a kind place where you can find obscure nuts and bolts all the way to Anti-Monkey Butt Powder for your own private nuts and bolts, your feet, or and other schweaty item on your body! Did I mention theybsell Freedom Seeds and parts for America's Rifle there?
