I had a great experience today with Lisa Marie. She was so friendly and made the process so easy. She was very patient and explained everything to me before I signed anything. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She is definately an asset to your company and I will refer friends and family to ACE because of her!

Best check cashing experience. Payroll messed up my direct deposit and I had to get a physical check. Frys' nor Wal-Mart wanted to cash it, but Josie did at ACE cash express. Thanks Josie!!

I just left. Won't go back, ever! Worst customer service I've experienced in 60 years. Cashier was preoccupied with something other than helping me qualify for any type loan. Unless you're Mescan, stay out of this place. I wish I could say what I REALLY feel about this transaction! I'm really old, and I KNOW when race is at play. It was today,made me sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!
