They removed all the scratches on our Lexus at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend! The manager & the detailer were very friendly & attentive. They also cleaned & waxed the car as a courtesy; a huge plus!

The team was great. Delivered within the timeframe they quoted me. They also detailed our RAV4! Total surprise. They did a fantastic job on the repair, as well as the unexpected detail job. They go all the dust and dog hair out of the floor mats too!!! I can't thank them enough other than to keep spreading the great experience. Thanks again!

Not real happy with work. Hood ended up getting scratched while it was there and showed the rep and he told me that their guys wouldn’t scratch the hood. Asked how it can be fixed and was told again that they didn’t do it and that the front of the hood had many stone chips that would need to be sanded to bare metal. Was able to negotiate an out of pocket price that was somewhat fair for me. When I picked the truck up a brake light was burnt out. No big thing and they replaced that light and when I checked the lights at home there was another tail light burnt out in the same light assembly. Funny that they didn’t check to make sure it was working before they gave it back to me. The entire side of the truck was painted and very wavy. When asked if the repaired area had been color sanded and buffed out I was told that they had buffed it out. Looks like it was a very light buffing that never leveled out the paint. I asked it they buffed the entire truck out and was told that they would not buff out paint on a vehicle that old in fear of burning through the clear. Funny thing is that the truck was much shiner than when I dropped it off and found burn marks through the paint on the tailgate and the door that they did not paint. I even showed it to the rep and they still denied it. Initially the right front bottom of the bed was pushed in about an inch and they we’re supposed to pull it out even with the cab. When finished I looked at it, the bottom was still pushed in and looked like they just left it as is and painted it. When I brought this up with the rep he told me that it looks like the bed needed aligning. Funny thing is the top of the bed was perfectly even with the cab and the bottom was pushed in. The same as it was when so dropped it off. I was told that they would fix a dent in the top of the tailgate and then a week later told that they couldn’t do it because of where it was located. Again the dent didn’t move and the rep saw where it was when he said he could fix it. Just another open promise production shop pushing work through the doors. Would not recommend this place to anyone

After reading all the “great” reviews this shop has, my husband and I decided to take our truck to them. When filling out the paperwork I provided my husband’s cell phone number to ensure they communicated with him as well but they ignored my request. I kept getting text messages, but no calls until the customer service manager Jesus called me to confirm I was receiving the texts. They never asked me what form of communication we preferred and text was not it! They gave us an estimated completion date but went past that date because one of the guys from the shop dropped the ball and failed to communicate to Jesus about some other issues. Jesus was quick to blame the shop guy when we questioned him as to why he wasn’t delivering on his word of when our truck would be ready. He apparently didn’t like that because then Jesus got cocky and started telling my husband in a condescending tone that he was trying to help him get back into his truck, as if HE was doing us a favor, instead of his job. When my husband went to pick up the truck, Jesus left a box in the back seat that SCRATCHED UP the seat, and my husband had to give the box to the receptionist because when Jesus handed my husband the keys, he basically just threw them at him, that even the little tag fell on the floor and he didn’t bother to pick it up or anything. Terrible customer service!

I was rear ended in December and the insurance company I have been having to deal with is a total nightmare. I brought my car here for the repairs since the insurance company insisted on coming out to see the vehicle after I already brought it to them for inspection. On the second inspection, they deemed it a total loss and were refusing to pay the bill to the auto body shop since it was now a “total loss claim” instead of a “repair claim” even though it was the insurance company that made me drop it off at a body shop for the second inspection. Ryan was super helpful through the whole process, responded quickly to my emails, and worked with me on the bill. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and gave me advice on how to deal with this difficult insurance company. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need body work done. Thank you guys for helping me out during this difficult time.

I had a wonderful experience with Autobody Solutions! They made a frustrating situation so smooth and so easy! They work tightly with Enterprise making getting and returning a rental very easy. I would definitely recommend Autobody Solutions to anyone needing repair.
