I'm giving this place one star for one reason went there and he doesn't know how to work on my Nissan Titan and this is supposed to be a mechanic shop I'm wondering if it's a parts ordering AutoZone and then watches YouTube on how to install it. A 5-year-old can change your oil but it takes a true mechanic to run a mechanic shop to work on cars and this isn't that..

I have a 1995 grand Cherokee that needed both idler pulleys replaced with the serpentine belt. It had been almost a month that it had broken down. I called Pegasus towing and they were quick and priced very reasonable for me. A-1 auto told me a quote if I had bought the pieces for the repair myself that was very reasonable priced again. Another shop had quote me a price $400 more for the repair without me buying the parts. I will now be using A-1 auto for my go to service shop. He had it done quickly and priced good for the work. I recommend them to have your auto worked on.

I had a check engine light on and Mr. Kim got me in right away and all fixed up and I picked up my car by lunchtime. He even checked all my fluids and put Air in my tires after showing me the exact problem he fixed. Great customer service and fair rates I will be taking my car there in the future.

I asked if he did timing chain work, at first he said yes, then he said no, because he didn't want the responsibility if something went wrong. Lack of confidence equals no money out of my pocket. I will not recommend.

Kim offered horrible customer service. I was completely ignored. And when I asked what the wait time for a car maintenance he stared "Oh no I can do that." First time, and not coming back.

My tensioner went out on my car while I was on a highway and my serpentine belt said "see ya". I decided to wing it had my car towed here not knowing what to expect. Kim was extremely helpful and explained everything, and his great attitude really helped make my morning a little better. The price was extremely fair and the parts came in within an hour. that Kim had me on the road with a functioning vehicle. This is going to be my go-to place for any of my car repair needs, because I know I can trust them.

I have been a few times to have Kin work on my Jeep. He’s been very thorough explaining to me what needed to be repaired. I’ve never had to go back for further work on my Jeep. He’s kind and very passionate about what he does. I won’t go anywhere else.Services: Oil change
