Closed at 1:30 on saterday. Should have been open according to the open hours sign. There was no sign stating I'll be back at 2.

West Valley RV is a great business if you need RV Parts or service. Monty the owner is friendly, courteous and professional. I had a unique issue with a table top for a pop up trailer. Monty spent the time to try and find a replacement but to no avail. He went out of his way to find something and he did. Outstanding work. PTL Thanks Frank

Monte is very friendly and knowledgable and was able to find a replacement for an older model refrigerator and completely repair so that it works like new, all at very reasonable prices.

Great service work done on our Alp Adventurer truck camper in February this year. The work was done in an accommodating way despite schedule changes due to the bad weather. Billing is transparent and reasonable. From my experience, Monte is very reliable and experienced for all things RV. I would highly recommend him.

Very helpful and courteous with our needs. We called in to see if they stocked a 50 amp RV extension cord and they held it for us until we got there to purchase it. I would recommend West Valley RV to all in need of repair parts.

I have been going here for minor accessories since they opened in Payson. The last couple months I have been in a pinch and needed major parts *new toilet and thermostat* my thermostat had been discontinued and they were able to find it for me so very pleased with this store.
