I use this pharmacy to refill my birth control specifically because it offers the best GoodRX price in town. That being said - every.single.time. I apply for the refill they do it with a different generic that costs more than double. So I have to go in when it’s “ready”, explain that I want the lowest cost generic, then go back 2 days later when it comes in “from the warehouse”. Every time they tell me “it might not be available” - but it always is. It’s so annoying that they can’t just put somewhere on my account to refill with the right one in the first place!

We use this pharmacy provider, because our health care plan requires us to. We are NOT at all satisfied. The pharmacy techs seem to have a problem following the doctor's instructions. We are an exceptional case that does not fit the normal run-of-the-mill treatment. Sometimes, some extra work on the tech's or pharmacist's part is needed to correctly follow the doctor's instructions. An extra phone call or double checking the script might be needed. Almost always this pharmacy is unable to do it's job correctly. It does no good to say anything, as they find some way to pass the blame for the mistake onto someone else. They even have days where there is no pharmacist manager on duty to handle these concerns. This leaves the pharmacy in the incapable hands of an inferior employee, and we are often rudely treated. Health concerns and medications are not a thing that should be messed with or handled by someone that doesn't know their right from their left.I understand that this is Walmart after-all, and maybe such performance is normal for them. But it is NOT acceptable to us and we are concerning changing the pharmacy to out-of-network, so things can be handled that way they need to be.Shame on you Walmart! Just because you are Walmart is not an excuse for laziness and not doing your job correctly.

Pleased with this Walmart Pharmacy. I have been going here for almost a year. Staff is courteous and professional. It's not perfect, but I dont expect that. There has been some errors but they are always promptly handled. They will also work with you on getting the best price if needed..

As others have said, worst pharmacy experience ever. These people don't even know what they're doing. I have to pay for part of my prescription, so it had to be split in two. Most of the time I've gone in, they fill one part, but not the other. I see this happening and tell them they need to fill the other part, too. No, they just ignore me, ring up the one part, make me wait until that's all done then I tell them AGAIN that they need to fill the other part. Argument ensues, then typing, hunting, talking to someone in charge. If I'm "lucky", I get "Please step aside and wait while we fill the prescription we screwed up and are, happily, wasting your time with." If I'm not "lucky", I get told that they don't want to bother and to come back another day! Oh, and GoodRX. Pharmacist: "Wha? What's that?" Typing, typing, typing, talk to manager, typing, typing, typing. 20 mins later they manage to ring it up. I'm so angry when I get home, I get online to make a complaint and Walmart support says the case has been escalated and someone will talk to me. No one ever does and when I complain some more, I get useless platitudes from a script (yes, they're the exact same words) and told not to worry. Then I tell them to quit with the scripted platitudes, address the issue and I'll quit worrying when they start DOING something! Then they ignore me. I let them know I'd post review of their terrible pharmacy and terrible support. I keep my word.

Beware Wal-Mart Pharmacy users. I have always thought Wal-Mart would be fair in pricing meds. I am a self pay customer, so some of you, this may not apply to. But I recently went in to get a couple of persecutions filled and I explained I'd like to use the Goodrx discount code. The young man behind the counter is anything BUT pleasant. When I asked the price for both message told me with the discount it would be $140 for One persctiption. That may not say much , because medications can be very expensive. However this one I have purchased at a quarter of that price he quoted me. Long story short... Went to Walgreens and got both meds for $65. THAT is why I'm writing this review. Not to mention customer service attitude needs adjusting. When I asked the young man behind the counter to check again, he was less than concerned. I have worked in customer service all my life and would never be as smug as this young man was. Moral of this? Customer service and saving on prescriptions,can be had in other locations.

Worst experience ever. Made me wait in line 4 times. Each line has 5 plus people. I spent 3 hours waiting because they put my insurance info in wrong. Instead of calling me they waited for me to pick up. Then transferred me to a different line. Then tell me they have not even filled it because they made a mistake.

Another interaction for our family today, for my wife's recent pharmacy needs. Need a 6 star rating option. From technicians Samantha, Jenn, to pharmacists Ann, and 2 others whose names we missed...service is professional, informative. God bless them in dealing with insurance rules that serve insurance bottom line, and cost us extra 42 mile round trip! This has been to our observations, a smoothly run, consumer centered operation. We are grateful for their services.

A clerk tried 3 ways to find me the lowest cost for my 3 prescriptions, using my insurance, a discount RX card, and a manufacturer discount. Finally she suggested faxing MD for prior Auth of the nonformulary prescription, and sent it. Although it took one day, that excellent service saved me minimum 190 maximum 300 bucks. Thank you.
