My husband and I were in your store last Thursday, January the 24th in the hopes of getting a device for home internet because our cellphone carrier didn't have any availability. There was only one salesperson named Sam working that evening. I noticed how attentive he was with his current customer and how he had set her mind at ease with everything she was concerned about. We spent a little time in the store because like I said he was the only employee there. But watching the quality of care and service he spent with his customers was very refreshing. When it came to our turn he provided us with the same excellent customer service as he did the others which was quite impressive. He helped us as if we were his first customers and we truly appreciated his genuineness . Thank you for a great experience we had visiting your store, Sam. Keep up the good work. This location was busy with only 2 employees. I waited for around a hour and a half and neither employee even acknowledged me. After they helped 2 customers that came in after me I decided to go to the other Verizon across from Walmart. Their service was much better! Don’t waste your time.

BRET WAS MY SALES EXPERT AND HE PROVIDED WORLD CLASS SERVICE…. A good listener… can explain things on the customers level… patient….extremly knowledgableAbout products and shows a passion for the Apple products as well as Verizon … I remember Bret from my last phone 3 yrs ago….He is an asset to the company….!!!!!

So, I was in need of a phone upgrade considering my old phone was 5 years old.. It was time. Luckily, Dan was working, and he was so patient and kind helping an old chick like me. He helped me understand the whole business of my account and what phone would be good for me. I'm definitely very happy with the whole experience.

Obviously, Mary h didn’t look at the incredible job Brett does. He’s working alone or with another and that’s it. You show up less than an hour before closing and expect them to jump through your hoop.Customer service is on the corporate for not having more employees, not on these two employees busting a$$ to try and help everyone.I was in there yesterday and am completely satisfied. New phone, assessories, plan, the works.

I will not be back. I came in about 6:15 with a question about my Verizon account. I was told by the employee that he might be too busy to help. After about 30 minutes he told me that he would not help me today. I have see multiple employees at other carriers and stores make sure that every customer is helped before closing. Do not expect that at this location. Apparently it is a location with horrible customer service.

THESE GUYS WILL LIE AND MANIPULATE TO MAKE A BUCK OFF YOUPurchased a hotspot here and made the mistake of trusting them to add the data plan I asked for without raking me over the coals. Instead my bill more than doubled due to fees that hadn't been disclosed, which really hurts as I'm on a fixed income. They also force you to finance at least a small portion of your cost in hopes that you'll forget to pay it off and have to pay interest on it.So I called Verizon and the rep changed my plan to one that gives me faster speeds, more data, and reduced my bill by $150 per month. When I asked why I was put on such an awful plan at the store, the rep said it's because he doesn't work on commission like the store salesmen do. In other words, THESE GUYS WILL LIE AND MANIPULATE TO MAKE A BUCK OFF YOU, and aren't interested in helping the customer in any way whatsoever

The Verizon store in Payson Arizona provided excellent service. Sales person by the name of Christian did an unbelievable job of getting my new iPhone 15 up running. His knowledge and patience were amazing. I would love for him to be recognized! Thanks again!!
