Traveling from San Diego and had some issues. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Not the normal t Mobile experience I've had. They were great.

Christina was extremely helpful, competent, and personable. I told her over the phone about the issue I was having, and she suggested I visit her store (T-Mobile in Payson, AZ) to resolve the issue: setting up a hotspot on my phone so I could resume working on my laptop. After greeting me very pleasantly upon entering the store, in just a few minutes Christina had taken care of my problem and answered all of my questions. She was equally helpful during a quick follow-up call to answer my one remaining question. Put simply, Christina is an excellent representative of your business (unless the rest of your employees are all terrible, and she's some kind of anomaly, being the *opposite* of terrible -- let's call it terrific!).

When I was switching from straight talk to T-Mobile the person that helped me his name was Gary was not accurate or honest about the plans we did sign up but had to have Christina Bauer assist us assist us at the store. She did a super job of getting us on the right track thank you Christina you were very professional and helped very sufficiently thanks again Buford R Payson Arizona

Although I had to come back twice in the same day, the manager fixed my issue. Initially, I told them what I thought the issue was and they didnt listen . Turned out I was right.

Even though a review from a month ago pointed out they are misrepresenting their hours, the issue still hasn't been fixed. Today is my bday and the Google phone I bought from Tmobile 2 1/2 years ago decided to die. I'm out of town, but need a Google phone for work. I called ahead, told the sales guy my predicament. They said they had what I needed in stock, so I drove 40 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was told they had no more left. Happy birthday to me! Thanks for the colossal waste of time.

As a current user/customer with T-mobile when we purchased a new iPhone we came to the Payson store seeking assistance setting up our phone. The associate we unfortunately were greeted by was ill-mannered and rude from the beginning. He asked my fiancé a question then repeatedly (three times) told her that in his previous experiences with T-mobile customers their Iphone could not be set up because of the SIM card sent by apple with the new phone. She is a current T-mobile customer and as such already has a SIM card in her previous phone that is paid for and should be transferable to her new phone. If not then a new SIM card should be provided that will work in her new phone, for an additional fee or not. Instead of simply informing us which choice is available he insisted on berating her about his previous experiences. To be quite Frank his previous experiences do not concern us, his rudeness and ill-mannered attitude do. There was another T-mobile associate in the store who I assume was his supervisor. She stood back and watched the entire conversation. She apparently believed this was an appropriate way to conduct business because she made no attempt to correct it. It’s 70 miles to the nearest T-mobile store if we have to drive to Phoenix to get this new phone set up, if it were entirely my decision (which it is not) I would have a new phone carrier today! We are heading back to our local T-mobile store this morning to attempt this again this morning. Either way I’ll promise you it will be the last timeI set foot in this business, I grew up here and have recently returned. I promise you I will inform everybody I know what kind of experience I had at your store.
