“I am writing this post to tell you what a wonderful customer service rep you have. Her name is Heather.Benton. My primary doctor sent me to your office to receive a finger monitor for my Oxygen level at night time. Heather got the monitor and showed me how to use it. The next day I brought it back and I asked her if she could tell me anything that it said. She was kind enough to print the whole sheet off for me. and then explain to me what was on there she was so helpful and I appreciated everything she did for me.
