“In Payson on business. We arrived at 2pm. The gentleman checked us in, upgraded our room, was kind courteous and helpful. Our room was ready and CLEAN. Pool and hottub were clean. Public restrooms clean. Lobby coffee hot! Thank you.”
“We had drinks and dinner in the bar. Gloria was a pleasure to engage with. Our food was prepared exactly as ordered and very flavorful. My wife has the Asian salad and I had the rib eye.”
“My husband Jim and I just spent the last 2 months here with friends and family... Linda and Charles are wonderful! A few nights we were probably a little loud but within minutes half the park came by for a cocktail! Of course we're all over 65 so we were still in bed by 10:00..Excellent place to go! highly recommend this park we will be back Linda and Charlesto next summer! We r now off to Maine!”

“Michelle at the front desk is awesome. She found a last minute room for us and our two dogs after an emergency left us unexpectedly stranded in Payson.
The hotel property has a lot of green space for walking dogs. We'd stay here again if we pass through Payson with the pups.”

Been staying here every time the wife and I leave the valley and Visit Payson.The Staff are very Professional. Never had a bad experience Here. The continental breakfast is Good too. They have a waffle maker, fresh fruit and cereal. Decent prices.?????
Rooms: Some are Huge and some are regular size. Never been to an upstairs room always on ground level.
Safety: Very safe place.
Noteworthy details: If you need anything or forgot something they're very prompt.”

“Staff was great. location was ok. there was no coffee in rooms. had to get it in office starting at 7. the cable only had 4 channels that worked golf usa speed and tennis. everything else cut in and out. the bed was not comfrotable and they give you 3 pillows for a king bed. the shower showed it age and therw were gaps in the caulking of the shower. wasnt worth the price. i know it is pets stay free but no one picked up their dog poop and you can tell the owners didnt police the area or clean up the poop either. the tree was cool. but it wasnt worth the money for sure.”

But!
That restaurant is off. My prime rib sandwich was very sour tasting. My wife ordered the chili wasn't really that good. Heard a lady say they have the best burgers. Than bun was good. But it seemed frozen Patty.”
