The Hertz located inside of Anderson Collision is definitely a five star experience. Tiffany provided outstanding customer service & went above & beyond to make sure my car rental experience was a positive one. Tiffany was kind, knowledgeable, & had a really cool dog!It doesn't get any better than that ??I highly recommend this Hertz location if you need a rental car in Payson, Arizona.

As with this person that gave the review before me, my experience was just as bad if not worse. Do not go to this place. Expecting to get a vehicle. The woman very obviously doesn't want to do her job and she still does have one. It literally has a huge sign that says Hertz over the window that she works at but after reserving a car a week in advance to take on a trip and I also called to confirm there would be a car. And when we got there there was none and the woman acted like we should have known that like we were the problem and then told us to drive to sky harbor airport to see if they had any cars in their fleet instead of doing her job and calling for us and making sure that they had a car for us to rent. We were then stuck taking our own car that we did not know would make the trip and ended up having to buy new tires and all kinds of things all because this location can't perform the simple task that they are there to perform

I had an accident that wasn't my fault. It put my vehicle (which is my only source of income and transportation) out of commission. Nearest Hertz to my location is Payson which is at least 80 miles away. I get all the way up there to Payson and Hertz REFUSED to give me the vehicle even though insurance PAID for the vehicle. I'll never rent from Hertz again in the future and I suggest people who read this don't either. Hertz even had the ordasity to call me a few days later asking why my rental hadn't been picked up. When I told them why over the phone, the rep said "oh ok" and then hung up the phone with no regard to the issues encountered and didn't even attempt to resolve the problem!The rep behind the desk at Payson Hertz had an attitude problem, extremely rude, no idea what customer service means and it a BAD reflection on the company. The experience was extremely disgusting and I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Tiffany was super helpful and very pleasant. Both gals were very professional and happy to greet me. This is a great Hertz facility!! Thank you Tiffany for your courtesy and professionalism!! I appreciate it!

As the many others that would have given ZERO STARS, my experience here was pitiful!! Hertz should literally just close this location. The woman behind the desk is rude and absolutely no help whatsoever. Talk about replacing peoples jobs with a robot or computer. Hers should be the first. Very poor customer service. Will not ever return nor refer anyone I know to this location.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would!! I made my reservation over two weeks ago and have tried reaching the location since I made the reservation. I tried calling at different times of the day, every day of the week, every button option to be able to speak to someone and had no success.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. We counted on a rental car to get our family homeIn. Had a conformation number thru hertz. NOTHING. We tried to call before we drove almost 2 hours to get a car…. NO ANSWER. They never called us, never emailed us, NOTHING to tell us there was no car. Stayed on hold with Hertz to get a car…. Waited for a manger and they hung up on me. Unreal.

I wish I didn't have to even give them 1star. The service was horrible, and they were extremely rude. They told me that they had a reservation for me. I showed up after an hour long cab ride, and there was no car. I was stuck with 4 children under the age of 10, and they didn't even offer to help me get a cab ride back.

Even with a reservation...there was no car available. No one bothered to call and let us know. After an hour drive to pick up car....their resolution was non existent.

Made a call for a day rental, talked about a price for a car at $192. Agree to a $200 deposit.Get a call back moments later, told there was a mistake and the rental jumps $28. They can't do anything about it. The computer won't let them make any adjustments. They can't honor the price we discussed on the phone. Ask to speak with a manager. They send us to the website instead to see that the price is fixed. Of course the price is fixed. We as customers can't bypass the system to get the price we discussed. I'm just upset that they would not honor the price we discussed on the phone. They won't own the mistake, be it man or machine. So if you do business you may have to pay for errors on their end.

Sarah reserved me a Nissan Roque and gave a quote of $192 with our AAA discount. 2 minutes later she calls me back and said there was a glitch in the computer and the price is $30 more. I asked her to honor the quote that she gave us and she said no it was not her fault. I asked to speak to the manager and she keeps me on hold for five minutes and when she gets back on the manager told her to tell us to go on the website to look at the prices. Are you kidding me?? BAD MANAGER AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
