“This is a great location to get your special requests for building met. They have a female staff in the office that are on top of their game when it comes to knowledge regarding pricing, availability, and they will go out of their way to protect their clients if something goes wrong!! That’s a reason to business with a smaller local group. They have contracting materials that are always top shelf. I warn anyone working with a new product or first use item if you find something wrong contact the home owner, and then make sure the message gets to the supplier. That is how we ensure better building materials for all. They are excited to be working with women contractors for the first time and they will treat you equal or I will be taking them out of commission. Enough of male dominated fields it’s time for equality. We learn best hands on. I will lead the way for us. I learned every field in construction so that I could make sure that women could build too. Make sure when you purchase tools that you you take care in learning to use them properly. I trained mine right and then let the boys and my daughters learn on them.”
“These people are so kind. I shop occasionally but their treatment of me outside the store is what is incredible. I use wood pallets around my property. I have used almost 100. Many come from this store. If outside they help load up. Always generous and show a true sense of community.”
“The tool rental guys were my heroes today. We were driving from Phoenix to Show Low today and my son got car sick and threw up. Of course we were only half way and we had guests in the van with us. Scotty in tool rental saved our trip by renting me a cleaner, filling it with water and letting me plug it in to clean our van. I do not know what we would have done if they hadn't been so kind and helpful! Half a bottle of Odoban later we are on our way with a clean, fresh smelling car. Thank you Scotty and the others working in tool rental and going the extra mile for a customer in need!!”
“Last week I went to Home Depot in Payson to get 1/2 inch PVC fittings, they were so high I couldn't reach them. I went to a more friendly store. The general public should not have to reach and have an item possibly fall or fall down on their head.”
“Ask for Brian, he’s a great guy always helpful and when in a pinch, he will make sure you get what you need. Thanks Brian for the help with the backpack blower.”
