Kinda surprised looking at all the positive reviews. Should be called "last resort outfitters" either they make enough money on their guides or just don't care. I'm a local and been in there 3 different times trying to give them a chance but every single time it seems like you're bothering them. Really nice e store and I really wanted to spend some money in there but not with NON EXISTENT customer service. I mean just greeting people and thanking them would go a LONG way

Awesome place. Was looking for something specific they had it walked it payed got done and stayed and talked for awhile. I will be going back for sure this is my new spot to go to. As I drive up north every weekend. Very helpful friendly and respectful. If I didn’t know something they would have happily helped me figure it out.

I had to take my 26 Ravin cross bow to Chasing A Dream to fix my broken bow. Not only did they fix my cross bow, they did it no cost to me. I have been to them several time and each time they help me in a fast professional manner. They have also fixed my wife compound bow. They will take care of you with any situation you may have.

My bow blew up on me during my early season bull hunt. Needless to say they didn't have the parts to fix (not there fault they even called other shops). They were able to set me up with a brand new bow and out the door within 2 hours. Didn't miss the evening hunt and bow tuned perfect. Was able to fill my tag thanks to there exceptional service.

5 Stars! Getting ready for a hunt is stressful but not with Chasing A Dream Outfitters! I showed up and Jeremy the shop owner was eager to help. He got me all lined up with arrows, broad heads and even made sure my bow was all dialed in before I left. Top notch customer service. I live in the Gilbert, AZ but for now on I will be making the drive to Payson, AZ for all my hunting / archery needs! I highly recommend Chasing a Dream Outfitters! Thanks guys for your help!

My family has bought many guns over the past 5+ years from Chasing a Dream, along with all of our archery needs. Their staff has always been friendly and professional in every way. Their shop is always clean and well organized, and they have some of the best door greeters around! Look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I have never left a negative review for any company before, and it's sad that I need to do one now. This is an unorganized store, with a rude owner and employees. We purchased a rifle from them, rather than just give it us on purchase the said to come back in a week since the call center for gun sale authorization is so overwhelmed with calls now. Ok, no problem, we waited. When we went to pick it up, my husband asked for the paper with his social security number be returned so we could destroy it for our credit safety. The couldn't find it. In fact, there was a stack of the papers ON THE COUNTER, with a lot of people's info. We were told they keep this paperwork securely locked in their vault! When they couldn't find it, they got hostile, and threatening. If we have any identity theft problems now, we will know it's from them. Needless to say, we will never do business with them, and strongly recommend you don't either. The potential problems of stolen social security information can be devastating. Shameful way to do business.
