I sent an email to the vp requesting assistance in getting a debit card activated for the new vp of our non profit. I didn't get a response to the original request or my two follow ups. A month later still nothing.
I hope I can convince the board to change financial institutions.

2 tellers on duty, big lineup, waited 15 minutes in line. One teller was occupied with a business customer who tied him up for 30 minutes+This is a huge facility with no staff.

I think t he staff here is very competent and helpful. They all are trying to assist us and keep our records up to date . Banking assistance was very helpful!
