Should have stayed away and never returned to this store, thought give it a try, counter person, really doesn't have a clue what to do without that computer, manager who I know, is zoned... this place is a waste of inventory and mindless employees....

The manager Earl really took good care of our family. He wasn’t even on his normal work shift but stepped in to serve anyway. The AutoZone on Greenfield & Baseline in Mesa screwed up on my battery warranty for another vehicle of mine and Earl helped me even though it was that other locations mistake. I’m very impressed with this locations customer service mentality overall. They welcomed me in, their location was clean and organized, and all the associates were extremely helpful and courteous. I even witnessed their kindness in helping a Hispanic family who didn’t speak much English. Bravo to the AutoZone in Payson, appreciate your help!

Nobody wants to get stranded with a breakdown on the first day of vacation, but there we were. Ashlea was a true hero for helping us diagnose the issue, offering suggestions and even letting us back in for a last minute part just as they were closing for the night. Thanks!
