“We lived at Green Valley Apts. for 7 years, from 2014-April 2022. The manager there was Michele. She was kind and capable, but sadly she passed away in 2021. The new manager is very pleasant and efficient. Our maintenance person, @Brandon, was the best! He was always quick to respond to work requests and did a great job. My only complaint was that we needed new flooring and carpeting. I am sure they were refreshed for the next tenant. We moved only because we purchased a house. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing decent, affordable housing in Payson.”

“Alleena at the leasing office may as well be the pinical of excellent customer service. I have spoken well over 10 people in the last three days while looking for a rental and not only helped me she offered advice. What an amazing person, without a doubt five stars. Thank you so much!!!!!”
