If I could give less than one star I would. Worse pharmacy I've ever delt withI know you're busy but hire more people! My pharmacy never received the request after 7 days, 3 calls to them.

My daughter has an appointment Wednesday, I did not have my hands on her meds until Friday after the run around with the doctors office for a prior authorization. The pharmacy failed to communicate that they did not have it, after driving 30 minutes there. They contacted the Lake Havasu Pharmacy and was informed they had it, they in fact DID NOT have it nor did they submit or notify that a prior authorization was needed. Doctor called in something else and they still didn't have it ready after driving an hour and a half back to Parker. Was told 20 minutes, still wasn't ready. This pharmacy drags their feet and lacks communication between the doctor and patients.When leaving a review, you are called a liar and asked to change your review to make them look better.Mind you my 2 year old has a ruptured left ear drum and a sever ear infection in the right here. The meds were needed her hearing is important.

I've been extremely pleased with the service at this Walmart Pharmacy. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient.

Sure do wish I could leave an anywhere near positive review, but I can’t. Pharmacy, you are in a health service industry with people whose lives depend on their medications. As polite as you may be, you are a poor example of a health care service provider. When it takes at least a week to even get the answer that “have we tried other pharmacies?” Whaaaat? If you can’t fill an ex, then say so and not drag it out. Seizure medications aren’t to be messed with, they are drastically important to keep from going into a continuous gran mal seizure that they don’t come out of. I wonder what that lawsuit would look like?

Being from Oregon, as snowbirds, we have been using the Parker Walmart Pharmacy for my husbands prescriptions while we are in Arizona. They are very helpful and have his medications ready in a timely manner. We're very appreciative of their service. Recommend them highly. Thanks

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get my husband's prescriptions. He is a diabetic and should not be going without them. The first time, I ordered online and received an email confirmation that they had been ordered. A week later I drove the 45 miles to check on them because nobody answers the phone. They had no record of them being ordered. So I ordered them again at the pharmacy. It's been 6 days and no word that they are ready, and again I cannot reach them by phone. I know they are short staffed and overwhelmed with all the snowbirds, so I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 star, but I am frustrated

Why be rude about it. I get it that you may be overwhelmed. Unfortunate that Corporate won't provide the resources because it affects the bottom line. Just overwork the current staff and without consideration for the customer, or I should say prospective customer, because I won't be back and I didn't get my prescription.Keep in mind that this location is an outpost with people like myself driving long distances to try, I say try, to get a prescription filled.So disorganized that there is only one line whether you are there to pick up a prescription or dropping one off. If you are lucky and have a prescription to pick up you get in that one line behind twenty or thirty people, most of whom are dropping off a prescription. Oh I said if you are lucky to be picking up a prescription because my Doctor told me he was unable to send prescriptions in recently because the pharmacy system is not responding and no one answers the phone.

Been sitting in parking lot for 5 days waiting for a script to be refilled that they faxed to my doctor. Called doctor today to see what the hold up was and they informed me they have not received a fax for that script. This isn't the first time.

Understaffed, prescriptions that were called in several days ago were not filled and now I will have to drive back (60 miles) in two days. They are unable to answer the phone because they do not have time.
