Busy because of all snowbirds in the area. Service was fast and courteous. All things considered.

This store is a small Safeway and I used to prefer to shop here, even when Bashas in Havasu was just as close. I always said the produce was superior. The last two times I bought NatureSweet Glorys, the carton was half full of rotten tomatoes. Moldy or terribly beat up. Not useable. I'm only complaining because I have always praised this produce dept. I hope this will get someone to check the produce in cartons for moldy pieces. Blueberries are also an issue. Otherwise I love this store. The people are nice, Martha is the best checker I've ever known.

Dani, the cake decorator here, did a fantastic job taking an idea I had for a cake and making it look fantastic. She's been decorating cakes for 36 years she told me. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and she is immensely talented. The cake got raves at the party I took it to and everyone wanted to know where I got it. We are lucky to have her here in our little town.

The Safeway store in Parker is very clean and well stocked. I went there in April to order my husband's 70th birthday cake. The young lady took my order said no problem we will have your special card order ready by 10 a.m. on April 30th. They had 7 days to make the cake. I had my purchase order, saw her write it in the cake book gave her my phone number to call if there should be a problem. April 30th comes along no cake. I was told I never ordered the cake from that store. I showed her my purchase order which totally meant nothing at all. So rude they were about it. I didn't want to get nasty with them so I settled for a cake they threw together for a woman's birthday not a man's and gave me a whole $5 off which I was great full. We all got a good laugh at the cake and he was happy. No more cake orders from Parker Safeway.

The cashiers here suck they think everybody in their line needs to hear their life story you can't even get through one of your cashier lines in less than 20 minutes. Tell your cashiers less socializing more working. If you have ice cream is melted before you can even get to the car. Tell your staff to pick it up.

We had the BEST customer service we have ever received at a grocery store!!! Connie was our cashier and she was AMAZING!! She went out her way to see if they still carried Aloe Water (which they don't ) and extremely personable!! The woman at the Deli Counter was also very friendly and helpful.

This Safeway has the only Starbucks in Parker located inside of it. I came here a few times during my recent trip to Parker and they got my order wrong every time. I did a special order (because I follow the keto diet)that i have no problem ordering at home because it's not even complicated and she rolled her eyes at me as she was writing it on the cup. Also there was a time on a Sunday morning where there was a line of 6 people and only 1 person working. She was slamming the drinks down on the counter like she was annoyed. I didn't complain about my drink being wrong because I didn't want to wait in line. Since it's the only Starbucks in the area, they should staff better especially on weekend mornings.I'm not sure if it's Starbucks or Safeway that manages these stores but either way they should do something about their customer service and staffing because it gives a bad impression of both Starbucks and the store.

This review is for the in-store Starbucks and specifically the manager there Melissa. I was there the day before Thanksgiving early in the morning to beat the rush and decided to grab a coffee before starting my shopping. As I picked up my coffee, I was feeling a little hungry and asked Melissa if they stocked the feta, spinach, egg-white wrap, since I didn't see it on the menu. She advised they did and I said that I would like to order one. She popped one in the oven and I went back to the line where there was a guy trying to order egg bites. Evidently they were out of egg bites and this guy became irate asking "How is this OK?" and then proceeding to complain that he would not be able to eat breakfast this morning because he was gluten intolerant. The cashier responded apologetically that corporate was out of the item due to the holiday. This guy then demands to know who was in charge of ordering?, why since they knew there was a holiday, didn't they order extra? and even went so far to ask the manager what date she placed her last order! My wrap came out of the oven right away but I can't even pay because this guy is interrogating these workers like he was with the FBI. Both just responded politely that they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. He then demanded to know how to complain to corporate Starbucks. Just ON AND ON! I have to hand it to both of them because they really held it together when this guy was so rude and out of line. Way more than an employee should have to endure from the public. With no on else in line and no one around to really help, I was relieved when the guy finally just ordered water and left. I believe the other worker's name was Kiana but I could be mistaken. I always get a coffee when in Safeway and am always pleased with the service.

Very disappointed with the customer service here! Our check out guy was named Elijah S (I believe that's how you spell his name) and after we unloaded all our groceries he said "this is the 15 item express lane." My mom proceeds to apologize asking if we should move and he says " no you already unloaded your stuff. " There are kinder way to say things like hey don't worry about it but next time...blah blah blah. But seriously? Excuse me jack a*** but the express lane sign was over two registers all the way to my right. He was so rude and we just spent $200+ here and honestly I don't want to shop here ever again!! Take your shitty attitude sir and go home.

Parking lot was a zoo....& you have the jack holes that cut across the empty spaces even though there isn't any traffic in the lane they are in. Parking an rv with a trailer was nearly impossible. Couldn't find what I needed much less an employee. The lines were long. I asked a customer and they didn't know either...the Starbucks is the only reason I would stop at this store.

I just purchased a net bag of Hass avocados and this is what I get after coming within 2 hours of purchasing them. Last time I was there there were flies in the case where they keep donuts and today one of there display cold cut cases next to the main entrance was being cleaned with a mop. You know the mop that wipes up urine and crap on floors. I'll be in tomorrow to talk to the manager. Total crap.

I been supporting Safeway up in Sacramento a lot. When i moved to blythe, ca. I go to parker, az and go to safeway. I enjoy saving 40% on my card especially the app. I ever never had bad experience, until the butcher guy is rude. I was looking at the meats, he just bumped me without saying excuse me or sorry. I said, "excuse me!" He just ignored me and stocking the meats. Very unprofessional and rude. Happened on this Wednesday. Employees please be happy of your jobs and don't be like him. Besides the incident the store is clean. Keep up the good work!

Not talking about the store in general, but the deli. Picked up a premade deli sandwich and asked the girl for a mayo package. Was told they were out and sandwich in packages come dry. I saw another girl making fresh sandwiches with mayo and asked the girl who told me they were out if I could get a little mayo on it from the deli. She got put out and put on gloves and squirted so much mayo on it I had to scrape off 3/4 of it . I was polite, the British sounding girl who told me no mayo was not. London calling, maybe u should go home. Lol.

2 girls working at Starbucks today provided me with TERRIBLE service. We spent over $50 at this Starbucks this weekend and saw the girls each time we came here. I asked one girl to pour me a small cup of water for the flowers I bought at Safeway that I'm taking to my grandma in Yuma; it's 113 degrees out. She started to pour a cup, then drops it and just says no. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank goodness I'm going home to San Diego.

The service is ALWAYS VERY SLOW! The staff there is always discussing their personal lives in front of the customers and over the summer up to labor Sunday the Frappuccino's have big chunks of ice in them. There doesn't appear to be an adult there supervising and obviously the staff is desperately in need of training. From a frustrated gold card customer.
