I left Walmart Pharmacy hoping for better service and have my perscriptions ready and correct. CVS did actually have perscriptions ready but because i did this online i called. WOW rushed is an understatement, i finally had to say WAIT ONE MINUTE! i live 45 minutes from this pharmacy and told her this and i wanted my questions all answered before i drove there. She did finally answer, but wow do we really have to say be nice!!?!! i get understaffed but rude too? Lord who runs this pharmacy?

This pharmacy is a Joke when I told the pharmacist I was on hold for 45 min her reply was I'm not surprised. Then I was told my Meds, would be filled later that day after coming back I was told my mess didn't make the truck I would have to try back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and same story. Changing to Walmart can't come fast enough.

My dr called in my meds and they refused to fill them saying it was too many meds. Other cvs pharmacies or any other pharmacy has ever voiced a concern or had an issue. So now I try to find a competent pharmacy for my mental health medications! Thanks for letting me know after driving 45 miles to pick them up also!

I've tried again and again to allow this place to be a trusted pharmacy. I am officially done. After time and time again of getting bad information about my drugs, this one takes the cake!! Switched my prescription to CVS parker because I live an hour out of LHC where I get my other prescriptions. Was told by CVS last week I could pick up my Hydrocodone today....when I went in I was told "Sorry, unless all of your prescriptions are with CVS, we can't fill your hydrocodone". I am now out and have to send it somewhere else. They do not train their people effectively. It is my neighborhood drug store but I have shopped there for the very last time.... not so much as a toothbrush!

This is the most inept pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Wintering here from Wisconsin and needed to special order insulin for my handicapped adult daughter. I have made 4 trips to town 26 miles one way and they still haven't figured it out. Doctor has called them twice. I have been waiting almost three weeks for them to fill this. And you cannot call them because they never answer the phone.Update to my review. After all of this found out they do not take out of state Medicaid. If a person would have known this in the first place I sure wouldn't have kept coming back to check on my insulin that was filled. Then they wanted me to pay $600 for it. The Pharmacy staff is the most in considerate I have ever dealt with. After making the elderly woman whom had been standing in line for over 2 hours cry and not filling her prescriptions dropped off 2 days earlier. He then yelled at her when she asked for her paperwork back so she could get then medication she needed. Then when I got to the gentleman he told me my prescription had not been processed yet after 24 hours. I was polite and asked for my paperwork back so I could get filled else ware. He then loudly insulted me as I walked away. I dropped my free bottle of water I was given while waiting 2 hours in line (thanks for the effort cvs) he announced I was vandalizing and to call the police. I realize it is the busiest time of year for this small town pharmacy but the rudeness of this person requires action by CVS corporate! The employees name was Tim.

I was there with a friend picking up her RX. The Pharmacist was friendly, informative & professional. She got Ambien, which I've taken in the past too. He told her to take it on an empty stomach (1-2 hrs after eat depending how heavy the meal) or it wouldn't work. When I took Ambien, sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn't. Couldn't figure out why, but I often eat just before bed. Got my RX filled many dif drug stores and no pharmacist ever warned me about that! She asked questions about her other RX's, to take advantage getting a pharmacist who actually cared. However she told me another Pharmacist who worked there had never told her that. So look for the middle-aged east Indian man.

This is WORST than Walmart. They IGNORE you, tell you they will be with you and you wait...Not a friendly attitude! Never came back after 15 minutes with 2 people in line.

This pharmacy is SO UNDERSTAFFED! It's no wonder you're having trouble keeping pharmacists and other staff! Obviously the management of this store is not staffing for the number of prescriptions they are attempting to fill! We drove up from Quartzsite to get 5 urgently needed prescriptions filled. The woman behind the pharmacy counter was there beyond the end of her shift and had to clock out. Now the pharmacist, newly hired from Seattle, WA, was all by herself in the pharmacy - she now had to take new Rx's, process them, fill them, check them, and then sell them at the register! She was AWESOME for me, initially, I was told it would be a day or two to get them filled, but, she understood the 50-minute drive from Quartzsite, and how sick I was, and told me she could process 3 or 4 of them. When I got to the register, she had filled all 5 of them, saving me another drive to and from Parker. She was way ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, and the other 4 people waiting for prescriptions. By the way, there was only 1 other person working in the store, and he kept running from the front register to the pharmacy to help out and back to the front of the store to help other customers and be at the front door for security reasons. This is a dangerous and unacceptable situation! PLEASE, hire some additional staff, save the reputation of your store, and keep your customers happy, and keep your existing staff safe!!

I am writing to acknowledge the wonderful staff in the pharmacy department at Parker CVS. I am wondering though, why it is consistently so incredibly understaffed. I see the staff hustling every time I am there. And yet they can't possibly keep up with the influx of clients.
