I normally rent from Pirates but my sister tagged me in a post on Facebook, thought I'd give them a shot.. initially called for pricing, Steve gave me the rates and offered a deal so I went with them.. when picking up the boat, it was already in the water.. Steve gave me a quick run down and off I went.. no issues with the boat, had a lot of fun.. communication was great, pricing was great, boat was great.. will def be using them going forward”

“Awesome!I went in for a temperature sensor sending unit and walked put with what I really needed.... an impeller.Last weekend my Chaparral overheated and I never thought it could be an impeller, but after the guys at the desk walked me through my situation, they made me feel confident that it was the impeller.It was.When I pulled the old one, I found half of it chomped up, making sense to the low idle high temp situation I was having.Most parts stores would have sent me out the door quickly with a potential long list of diagnosing this and that, but they took the time to pull a water pump they had on the wall, take it apart, match-up the impeller and o ring and show me how simple the impeller change is.Now that I know how to do it, changing my impeller will be an annual thing when I change the oil in the spring pre lake season.I couldn't thank the guys enough!I forgot their names but it was the redhead and the height challenged bearded guy (sorry about the junk descriptions).I will only go there in the future for local parts needs and couldn't recommend them enough.”

All the other local shops I reached out to wanted to take advantage of my situation and price gouge me. Crit auto shop were extremely reasonable on costs and they were very pleasant to deal with. “asked for ac freon recharge said they can do it but were booked until a week I know times can be busy so I YouTube it bought a can of freon pro from auto zone and did it in 5min so I was a little hesitant on review but sometimes hearing the public helps and this was an easy service an should have not been past up!!!”

“I’d like to single-out 2 excellent employees at Bradley Chevrolet Parker. Service writer Kim L. is far and away the best in the business. Excellent communication, goes the extra mile. Had my driver window fail in the down position in July with temperature hovering around 116F. On short notice, Kim worked me in for a next day appointment. Kim even took the extra step before my appointment to ensure they had the part in stock. Never had a better service writer ever, Kim’s a gem.Mechanic Mike B. had repair completed in just over an hour. Mike has also done work on my Cruze diesel in the past. Mike is an awesome diesel mechanic, does a great deal of work on the larger Duramax engines but handled my rare little 2.0 diesel like a pro.Can’t say enough great things about Bradley, they’ve always treated me great and they are one of the reasons I chose a Chevrolet, being a small town with few options for repair service. Thank you Kim and Mike.”
