“The best service out of all shipping, print, office, stores. I went to 5 stores, all refused to PRINT 2 Envelopes for wedding invites I was missing. “It was worth it” for their $2. NOT HERE. They did they 2 invites for me, made it identical to the ones I had before and helped me save my issue with wedding in Invites. Veejay was awesome!!! (Sorry if spelt wrong).”

I had a move overseas and he ALSO helped my friend with getting several boxes left behind squared away to the right recipients. And most of this was done while I was already overseas. “When I go into a store for office supplies, I appreciate someone directing me. I usually need one or two items and want to be quick. At this store, I got that and more. I walked in with an empty printer ink box and asked if the gentleman could tell me where to get one of These. He started to gesture to an area, then said, "let me just get that for you." And he did! I sailed through checkout and was so happy to be out the door in just a few minutes. Staples, you rock! I'll be back!”

“I use this company to manage all my mailing needs. Currently I'm traveling abroad so I'm using them as a 100% managed mail solution. Their service works perfectly for me and I even had documents Internationally shipped to me and I had no issues receiving them. I love the fact that the only mail that shows up in my "Inbox" is legitimate mail. No more dealing with junk mail. I don't think I'll ever go back to receiving mail at my house if I ever return to America ? Highly recommend this mail service ?SIDE NOTE: the reviews calling out poor service when the company transition started, while this was somewhat true as of recently they have gone back to their amazing and super responsive service. Take those reviews however you like but I can vouch that service has been picture perfect for me over the last two months.”

“I've never had a problem customer service is usually good, but today I tripped on a metal circle coming out of the carpet almost went head first into the serive desk and the customer service person with curly hair just shrugged him should and said ehhhh... Lots of old people with not so great balance come here and if they trip they may make it head on into the desk..So I was not impressed with the staff's lack of ownership of people's safety while in your store# 3670.”

“I worked with Angel at this UPS stor #7135, on a "lost" bag from a hotel, which was delivered a few days ago. The hotel told our staff (who was a guest at the hotel) that they couldn't find the bag. Today, I was going to have to pay for the bag to be shipped back, regardless of the hotel's mistake, yet Angel went above and beyond by requesting the hotel pay for our bag to be shipped back. Thankfully, the hotel agreed to pay for our bag to be shipped back, which is wonderful - all thanks to Angel! Thank you, Angel, for all your help! :)”
