“If you do your homework and Shop specials and especially take advantage of senior day on the first Wednesday of each month you can actually do pretty well! The store is huge but once you get to know it you can negotiate the Isles and not have to backtrack much! I believe they experience a labor shortage as they never seem to be able to quite keep the store ship shape and usually you will find the management on the register or actually stocking shelves!”

I was given the option to ship my products to my home, as I live far away. The items were packed well. I received a text-tracking code on my cell phone to keep up-to-date on my items. There is a small shipping fee. They gave me the option to sign for my package and to opt out - of time-sensitive items. If I had any problems, they were very helpful. The items are priced accordingly. Great service. I would use them again.”

“I have been a customer at Fairmont for years. They are kind, and try very hard not to keep you waiting. I get a good feeling just driving past the store. Yesterday, I called them to ask a favor. Not only did they go out of their way to save the day for me, the person on the phone recognized my voice. Medical stuff can be so hard on so many levels. For me, going to Fairmont is the easy part. They are helpful, cheerful and familiar. Two years ago, I was in a bad accident, and walking with a cane and neck-brace. The folks at Fairmont seemed more concerned than my own family. They were happy to see me recover, too. Five stars is not enough. I am literally a healthier person because of the culture at Fairmont Pharmacy. IT's worth it to establish a relationship with them.”

“This pharmacy understands customer service! The other pharmacy I was using would always take at least a week to fill a prescription. I sent in my refill on January 3rd understanding the strict rules. Two weeks later I was informed it would be another 7-10 days and no way to rush it because “they have to get caught up from the holidays you know.” The prescription was almost out and I couldn’t wait that long. In comes A Nice Apothecary-they not only filled my prescription in 3 hours they also called the other pharmacy to transfer the prescription. The price was the same as the other one too. Wow! Now that is customer service and understanding the needs of your customers. I highly recommend this wonderful gem of a pharmacy.”

“My sister and I visited this location this morning and it was a great experience because of their employees. This fry's location has the best customer service from their employees. We didn't get the names of the two gentlemen working in the meat department who were, friendly and very helpful in directing and taking us to the needed items, but they were great. Our cashier Mersadies opened up the register when she saw us waiting in line, and asked to validate our parking ticket. Not only was she professional, she was very personable and friendly.
