The scallops. One word. Mouthgasm. Just get them. And savor them slowly. Also get the truffle fries and the lobster bisque. Phenomenal.

This Spa resort and restaurant is amazing, the ambiance and view of the mountains are spectacular. I want to thank my waitress Aspen and waiter, I didn't catch his name but both were very kind and friendly. Aspen was very supportive when other rude people tried to take my seat and area when I wasn't ready to leave the area. I will definitely visit this restaurant, cabins and spa area again. I recommend this restaurant for others to explore. Telesia

This place is the worst do not go here. They have charged my bank without giving them permission to do so for over a year and will not refund. Predatory practices

Excellent service and beautiful location. This would be a five star review but my food was not good. My ribeye had some nasty overly lemony butter sauce on it that over powered the nice cut of meat. The whipped potatoes were strange and seemed to consist more of butter than potato. My husband and friend enjoyed their filet and scallops. As it was my birthday I was disappointed. The restaurant gave me a nice birthday dessert which I appreciated.

We had reservations with a special request, but the hostess assumed we were a different couple and the request was not passed along. She realized this after seating us and it led to an awkward shuffle. The server was congenial and kind, but the service was VERY slow and inaccurate. He delivered the wrong cocktail (no big deal). I pointed out 3 times at 3 different table visits that I think it's the wrong drink--each time he told me he thinks it's the right one--until finally I had to exclaim, "bourbon mixed with red wine does not have a clear yellow color my dude."He finally apologized and admitted the mistake, but then I had to remind him AGAIN at the NEXT table visit to bring out the correct drink. I ordered it as soon as we sat down to eat but it was delivered as a digestif. What added insult to injury is that he still charged us for the incorrect drink. To his credit, he did offer a small general discount after blaming the overall slow service on the restaurant being understaffed. Our companion tables were served efficiently, so I think we were just forgotten about as we were this gentleman's only table outside. We were alone for 30 minutes (timed it) after dinner waiting for the check. I finally had to ask a different server for our check, and then it still took another 10. We were about to get up and go pay at the front, as embarrassing as that would have been. The food was tremendous and the drinks were great. It's not quite fine dining but an upscale step below. I wish the service matched. We ordered at the first opportunity, paid and left at the first opportunity, and dinner still lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Stunning view. Amazing food. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. We had a great time again this time and will certainly be back..If you need help picking the wine, the waiters are fantastic at helping pair, which with what you're eating.

Very disappointed about the whole experience. We wanted to celebrate my friend birthday at Elements so I called in advance to make the reservation. I’ve specifically called 10 days prior because I wanted to reserve a specific table outside with the view of the Praying Monk and by the fireplace. When we arrived they took us to another table because they said they have an event going on and the table I’ve requested is no longer available. That was our first disappointment. Events don’t happen overnight so they had to know that that specific table won’t be available. They should have called me and let me know because the biggest reason that Ive made this reservation was about the view. Of course no one did.We were already at the restaurant so we have decided to stay . The manager was very unprofessional and rude.He didn’t make us feel welcome at all.We sat down ordered drinks and appetizers ( our waiter was great) but every time someone was opening the door and leave it open felt so cold .We have asked if we can be moved to the available table next to us for dinner and the hostess said it was ok to move .Then the same manager came with a huge attitude telling us that that table was already reserved and we can’t move .That was a pure lie. When we asked if they requested that specific table he couldn’t answer. We felt very unwelcome. When we are in a high end restaurant we expect high end service . There was none from the manager. We decided to go to the Jade bar instead and have dinner there.I was very disappointed from the whole experience and so were my other friends. In October of 2023 we celebrated my son’s birthday at Elements . The experience was just as bad . Our dinner came two and a have hours late because they have lost our order.I used to love this restaurant but looks like it’s not the right place for me anymore. Even the food isn’t the same quality. I will not recommend it .

After sitting 25 minutes (even with a reservation), we finally were seated in a far away room. With one menu. Manager said she would get more menus but never returned. After a long wait, the server (who was very nice) realized we didn’t have menus and left to get them. Finally ordered drinks. Took a very long time to get them. Even longer to place an order. And longer still to get food. Well over an hour after being seated. Food took forever as well. And they forgot the monkey bread so had to wait for that. Ordered a second roof. If drinks which arrived long after we had finished our food. The atmosphere in the back room was quiet with no music or ambience reaching us. The server did apologize profusely for all the issues and they did take the second round of drinks off the bill. The only positive was the view.Still, unless you have unlimited time to wait, do not bother coming here.

Took my mother here for brunch and it was absolutely terrible service. Server didn't take our order for almost 30 minutes, we were about an hour and 15 minutes into sitting and appetizers hadn't even arrived. Tables that were there before us were also visibly frustrated and complaining and had not received any appetizers or entrees (and this is about an hour of observation). Great atmosphere but at the price point and expectation of fine dining I wouldn't bother. We got up, offered to pay for our coffee and left after an hour and 15-20 minutes. And no this isn't a Karen review, I spent 9 years in the fine dining/restaurant industry.

Absolute serendipity. The best overall experience and meal I have had in YEARS. The views were astounding. Our bread service came with a candle in the butter for my birthday. The Chilean sea bass was the single best piece of cooked fish of my life. This is a special place with some really amazing culinary magic.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

Totally new menu as of March 11, 2024. A lot of entrees, if not most, are now a la carte. My bill with a less expensive wine and no dessert was more expensive this week than last week with the former menu. Bread no longer served complimentary. Focaccia bread (really an 8 inch cake) was $10. The beet salad at $21, while delicious, was microscopic with very little actual salad. Literally 3 bites. The entrees of 14 oz steak and tuna were good portion sizes but should be at $48 and $52.
