Making iced tea must be very difficult. I just stopped in for some iced tea and the tea part is missing. Empty containers what the heck. One star for you circle k. Never once is that happened at QuikTrip. Sip and save just doesn't work for me I guess. This is the third circle k today with no ice tea made.

If they would ever stock the polar pop flavors that would be great. Getting tired of polar pop flavors that are temporary out of service when other locations are fully stocked on polar pop flavors. I don't understand why can't they restock the drink flavors in the polar pop fountain drinks? Makes no sense at all!!!

This is the same sign with the same cashier 75% of the time I come here. I can't imagine how much business is lost, not only immediately but ongoing as people have learned to deviate from this location due to its unreliability. I've been sitting here and watched 10 people within a few minutes walk up, get disappointed and leave. Plus, who needs a 15 minute bathroom break in the middle of their shift when there's no one else to cover... And, if you HAVE to take 15 minutes, the least you can do is note the time you'll return.

Every time we try to come to this store, the doors are locked because the employee is "on a bathroom break." It's getting ridiculous.

I like the fact this location has 2 self checkouts for quick in and out service. What I can not stand is the soda machines. Circle K fountain soda is bad. The Mountains Dews are all gross. They have the mixture all wrong. I go to QT to get soda but I stop in to the close Circle K for coffee only. They really need to do something about the fountain machines.

Super nice employees! We were looking for a specific seltzer and the clerk went right into the back to find it. When checking out, they had a cool new system and the guy was also very accommodating/nice!

Horrible. At this time of day I guess the line is long. The customer service people could care less if it is or not. They do not try to help you at all and could care less about what is going on in that store. Apparently they hate their jobs. I don't know if circle k paid them more that it will make them any better, but this store is a mess and the two people there or the three don't know how to direct traffic to move people through faster and just weren't generally welcoming at all.

The manager is awesome and consistently improving this store. The bad reviews have probably came from people who have never worked retail or convenient store retail. It is a hard thankless job. The manager and morning guy rock!!!!!!! Keep it up!!!

I have NEVER experienced the level of illiteracy that I was just forced to endure at this location. The attendant wasn't ringing anything up for customers. He was pointing to the self checkout machines and mumbling some gibberish to the patrons. I asked how I can check my lottery tickets nicely. He slurred something in my direction that was similar to a guttural howl that you might witness in a movie about cavemen. I shrugged nicely and asked him again. He yowled the same nonsensical utterance in my direction, only louder. I literally have zero idea of what he was saying. I was kind. I tried once more. And his final response harkened me back to memories of my childhood. It was almost exactly like the teacher in the Peanuts episodes. Just much, much louder. I left. What else could I do? I was at a dead end. To be honest, I'm wondering if he was mocking me for some reason that I can't fathom. Either that or he was simply so drunk that he'd lost complete control of his motor skills. It WAS NOT merely a language barrier. I'd never be critical of a guy who struggles with English. Believe me...that wasn't it at all. Who is this guy? All he needs to do with the self checkout machines is communicate. That's literally his only job. I can't ever go back. Done. Unbelievable.

I wouldn't recommend stopping at this location unless you absolutely have no other choice. I typically work in the general area so I've found myself here a few times but will avoid it if I can. When you arrive the uncleanliness is the first observation as there is literally trash just floating around the lot like tumbleweeds. Not sure if it's just me but there are always suspicious looking individuals hanging out on the side of the building.When you finally enter this location you are greeted with more or less of the same. The establishment is typically unclean and more notably the areas where food is served share the same fate. The employees are not going to be of much help, if they acknowledge your existence upon arrival, you are witnessing a miracle. The attitude and demeanor with which they carry themselves is appalling to say the least.Last thing of note would be the fact that if you're not planning on filling up your tank entirely.. just watch the triggers at the pumps. They have a tendency of automatically locking into place and can be a little annoying undoing it.
