They took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for while explaining all of the details along the way. They were so transparent and never pushed us in any way. Our experience was completely different from when we went to the big box stores.Joanne is not in this business to try and upsell her customers and make a quick buck like the other jewelers we went to. She cares so much about doing right by her customers and finding the perfect ring within your budget. “Unlikely as it seems HERE, but if you look around you can find really great deals and no one sells higher quality merchandise ANYWHERE !! Fossil is a dangerous place to shop if you're as dirt poor as I am, but it sure is fun and the customer service is GREAT and very sympathetic. If you look carefully, you can find prices drastically cut twice. Great store and terribly tempting - poor or not !!”
