Not only did myself and 2 other customers have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at the counter, but they couldn’t even correct the mistake of not activating a gift card correctly. So after waiting the 24 hour time frame for funds to be loaded (according to the packaging) I was then advised to take it to the merchant where A.) it can be activated correctly B.) Loaded to another card.
TYLER who “helped” me at customer service did NOTHING but quote the return policy for gift cards when I wasn’t even asking for a return! I had a receipt from the original purchase 48 hours ago and the gift card and I was only asking for the error to be corrected so I can use my gift card I didn’t ask for a return or for my cash back. All he did was scan the gift card, saw that the funds were untouched and did nothing else to try to fix the situation. Absolutely ridiculous! Train your employees better or keep them away from customers.

Asked staff if they were all shelf check out or if they offered assisted check out. Member said they offered assistance and were not all shelf check out.Get to check out no one in either cashier line. Went to customer service and waited for help. After waiting 20 minutes watching staff standing around talking and doing nothing, I'd had enough and left. Had I known there was no assistance inside, I would have never gone in store. Won't bother in future.

Came in prepared to get a money order for rent. I didn’t see anyone at the counter so I pressed the button and pulled out my ID and debit card as I waited. Patty stormed over and demanded to know what I needed. I asked for a money order and she asked for my phone number, then cut me off as I began to give it to her and rolled her eyes. Her unwelcoming demeanor made me just walk out, leaving her to throw her hands in the air and roll her eyes. I went to the La Cholla location and the sweet gal there was great.

This is my favorite Walmart to use. The smaller size is so much easier to shop! Always clean, always fully stocked, associates are extremely helpful.

Very nice staff and the store is nice and kept up as far as cleanliness and stocked well. Convenient location as well. Only thing is there is no ethic care area or section which is challenging. Walmart is usually a one stop shop with having everything you need. Having that area of the store would make it complete! I know it is a neighborhood store and not as big as super center but having some items would help.

The shelves are often bare....they don't stock through the day it seems. If you go late in the day...chances are the shelves are showing lots of bare spots!
