Went into the pharmacy to get the latest covid-shot like with the flu-shot every year. Though with no one there, or even waiting, they would not give it to me and said I needed an appointment lol! Plus they take forever to even acknowledge you at the counter, even with no one there. The whole store seems to have an attitude-issue!!!

Ordered some pictures to be printed online. They were completed and ready for pickup within 15 minutes. I stopped by on my way home from work and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need photos printed, this is the place to go.

The pharmacist has no idea what he’s doing. Called multiple times to change my insurance information since moving and he had no idea what I was talking about. I walked in to pick up my prescription another day and the lady at the counter looked at me like I had six heads. They’re rude and don’t know what they’re doing.

First time having to take a medication for diabetes. No clue on what to expect or what it looked like. I trusted the pharmacist so much that I didn't do my own research.. turned out that I was given a wrong drug after all and been taking it for months. Will talk to my PCP and if there is any serious complications I am definitely suing.

Not as crowded as other Walgreens pharmacies, but still very slow and extremely frustrating that they randomly close from 1:30-2pm every day.

Horrible pharmacy. Rude Pharmacy Techs, will lie about not receiving your prescription request, yet will also get rid of your script if you don't pick it up in one day. Never go here

I've been using this pharmacy for a year, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I'm sure that, like all pharmacies, they are short-staffed, but they've been very helpful when I've dealt with them.

If I could leave zero review, I would. The pharmacists are pretty good. However, the women in this pharmacy are awful. They, for the most part, think they know everything and won't let you forget it. They are very rude all times of the year, not just holidays. I have come to the conclusion these people think Drs. are unnecessary. After all, they know everything! I've even had them second guess my Doctor. I had heard they had improved, but after transferring one Rx, I'm gone again. This is the last chance I'm giving them. Be smart, stay away. I really hope every time I hear of a closing, it's this store. They deserve it. The last straw was today, being told, they didn't feel comfortable letting me fill my Rx and pay cash instead of insurance. What!?

The staff who administered the flu shot had no infection control techniques. Had gloves on before even entering the room. She touched the key pad and opened the door while wearing the same gloves. Took out the sharps container and moved the trash can around while wearing the same gloves. Dropped a paper on the floor and picked it up still wearing the same gloves. Went into the clean alcohol pads while wearing the same dirty gloves. Then proceeded to give a shot to the customer still wearing the contaminated gloves!!! No concern or awareness regarding infection prevention and control. Please provide more training to your staff and stop endangering your clients!!! I would love to leave the pharmacy after a shot not to ask myself did I get hepatitis B today? Insane!!!

I was so happy to decide to transfer my prescriptions from the Dove Mountain Walgreens to the store. I'm consistently treated so rudely at Dove Mountain (with the exception on bespectacled man) and it was so refreshing to speak with someone so kind and professional, not to mention patient because I wasn't quite understanding some of the insurance and ordering aspects. I really appreciated it. 10 out of 10 recommend if you want to be treated well
