I was in town visiting family and my mom and I decided to go here for some pedicures. We booked same day and they immediately sat us down when we walked in. The vibes were immaculate- they were so nice and thorough. Not only did they take their time but the massages- wowww. Best foot/leg massage ever. Seriously. This was the best experience. Highly recommend

Visiting from out of town and decided to get a pedicure. Was recommended by a family friend, however it left much to be desired. I was with Tony and he cut my toe with the nail clippers two different times. Then cut my toe with the cuticle clipper. A $50 pedicure went something like this: put my toes in acetone to remove the shellac, scraped the remaining shellac off my toes which was not pleasant, cut my toe nails and actual toes, clipped cuticles and my toe, shellac'd my toes, sprayed my toes 100x with alcohol for unknown reason, rubbed my legs and feet with oil. I won't be back. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life.

If you are new to OV and looking for a new nail place then this is the one that I would recommend. I tried three other salons for this one and was starting to lose hope until I went to Universal Nails. They were so nice, relaxed, and did the best job. I went in and explained the color I wanted, they found the perfect one and it's the best manicure I have gotten in years.

This is the place for nails! I've been going here since 2008, or sometime around that when I moved to OV. Sophia is my lady!! Make sure you bring cash to tip them!

My initial impression wasn't great- I called the day before for an appointment and the response was both abrupt and vague- so I went in not knowing if I had an appointment or not. The service itself was fine; the technician was throughout and gentle. I got the super pedicure and I'm satisfied with the result. I think the price is quite fair. The space seems clean and was well lit.

Nail services here are fine, they are not great with appointments, they randomly changed my appointment on two occasions. If your schedule is important to you, I would pass on this nail spot.

I’m really glad I had a gift card because I would’ve been disappointed to pay for this with my own money. I came in with dip and wanted a traditional manicure. The method that was used to remove the dip was uncomfortable. The drill bit dented my nail plate and I have air bubbles in the polish. It’s uneven and really tacky. I don’t care enough to go back in and get it fixed but I am disappointed.

Tina & her hubby run a wonderful, friendly environment! Tina is the best at acrylic nails... I've moved 28 times so I should know!
