“Marty is the absolute best, I have used Sun-state Equipment for so many rentals never been treated bad and I shop around like everything I do I shop around every possible option in town and I am no afraid to let a company know what I think. Marty is just good people and the prices are perfect. The only downside is since they are popular (is what I tell my self) sometimes they don't have special equipment from time to time forcing me to go to a competitor but not often. With everything happening in our world today, my son needed to return home from college asap. His vehicle was not working, and we were challenged with figuring out how to get him and his vehicle from your state to mine. We decided the best way would be to rent the necessary equipment from Uhaul. Living in Las Vegas, and coordinating the rental all by phone made me a little skeptical until I read the reviews on Uhaul locations near my son's campus. Even though you didn't have what we need at your location, you still managed to confirm a reservation at the next nearest Uhaul store. “I called on the phone and the guy I spoke to was awesome, I should've asked for his name but he helped me get a locker and helped with all the forms and made the process really easy for me. “After nightmare experience with U-Haul I intentionally went out of my way for Penske and found this family owned storage and rental location. The ladies who helped me were thorough during the visit to sign paperwork and take possession of the truck. Our trip ended up requiring extra rental days which they were very helpful and understanding. When you are gifted with a name like U-Haul and synonymous with moving here in America it's sad to see how little the small business representatives respect the name and how little U-Haul does to protect loyal customers from nearly predatory rental franchises. Penske got my shot because U-Haul lost the loyalty I had, Penske Oro Valley see you for the move in and would recommend this location to anyone who feels like U-Haul and their pruveyors don't deserve another chance.”
