At big fat zero for customer service. I asked a few questions, and the staff seemed to be bothered by it. I ended up going across town and purchasing a much more customer service oriented business. Contrary to popular belief, customer service is not dead, and it ranks very high on my list of priorities. Shame on you folks for losing a sale.

One of their drivers rode my tailgate several blocks, then cut me off within inches at a stop light. Have pictures. I have had commercial drivers training and this person should be removed from their truck. CK96071 plate number. Not a good way to promote your business with logo on truck and reckless driving.

BUYER BEWAREDon't let their smiles fool you as you walk through that door.. The mark up on their products is insane compared to buying this same stuff online. They try to say you can't find their products anywhere, or at a cheaper price which is not true. Please look and make sure you're not receiving a floor model instead of the brand new item you are expecting. The manager Ann will lie to your face about it being new just to get the sale.

Very disappointed that after waiting for 14 months to receive the furniture I had ordered, there was no offer of discount. After being told of the delay soon after I placed my order, there were no further updates. It was up to me to call or go into the store to ask.I can only imagine how significant the (retail) markup is and it would have been nice to have been offered even a small discount in good faith for the inconvenience.Although the delay was at the manufacturer's end, I feel that Today's Patio could have made more of an effort to provide better customer service.

I needed an umbrella and stand. Found something on Amazon with free shipping. I chose to buy it at a premium from this local store instead. They offered ship to store at no charge. My items were promptly delivered to the store and I got a call from the store. I confirmed that there would be someone to help me load the car, because the stand is heavy. The salesperson minding the store was very rude. Resentful that I had not brought another person and that he (with a bad back) had to help me load the stand. Continued to shame me even after I told him I had asked about that when called. I learned my lesson. Will not patronize this store again. Amazon it is.

Great selection but probably the worst customer service in town.Would highly recommend spending your money at House and Garden. Tom could not be more helpful.

Sent two, short emails to the Tucson address listed on their website -- both went ignored. Was inquiring about the price of an item in their store window, my family was considering purchasing it as a gift for a family member. When we got no response and with no availability to get over to Today's Patio again...we went with another option. I happened to be passing by again recently, and decided to pop in to get the price just to satisfy my curiosity. IMMEDIATELY upon entering the store, I'm aggressively greeted by two salespeople. I politely declined assistance. It took five seconds to go over and get the price of the item we'd been interested in...and upon exiting, an employee sitting at a distance (at a desk with a computer) called out AGAIN to ask if he could help. Gee. Imagine if they were as prudent about their emails?

Ordered table and chairs 4/27/21. Was told by Josh Reynosa that they would be delivered 6/15. 6/15 came, no communication of any sort from them, so we called. Our table was in, but the chairs, they said, all had to be sent back, so it would be mid July before they could deliver them. They then said they could deliver the table on 6/19 between 7:30am and 10:00am. 10:00am on 6/19 arrived, no communication at all. We called them. A woman said “he’s on his way from Phoenix so there might have been an accident, let me check”. She then called back a few minutes later and said “There has been a mistake, you we’re actually in the 10:30-1:00 delivery slot”. We said “so now I have to rearrange my day because you made a mistake” and she said “thank you!” No apologies, nothing. The table has yet to arrive and we really wonder about the chairs. Two stars because Josh was good. Communication is terrible and integrity to take responsibility for their actions is zero.

The store was full of ideas and amazing furniture for outdoor living. Xtra large umbrellas to tables and loungers to enjoy the out doors. Out of price range for what I feel is a normal family income, but if you want to endulge and have the means then check them out. The store is clean and the staff doesn't linger. A pleasant showroom to wander through.
