I now believe all Supercuts are terrible, but this one is one of the worst. The lstylist acted like I was an inconvenience to her when I walked in. She greeted me by saying “what do you need?” Unbelievable! What happened to appreciating someone’s business? She spent less than 10 min cutting my hair and missed so many areas but I was just happy to get out of the place so I didn’t say anything. I doubt the owners read reviews or they wouldn’t continue to hire such unqualified people with terrible attitudes. The lady who was working at Oracle and Magee on 6//13 at 3:50 is awful! You can go to a real salon and get a good haircut for $30, why pay these rude unqualified people $25? Don’t waste your money.

It's a good Supercuts, there's not too much more to say.
The salon is always clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly.
Service is good, and the price is very fair for what you receive. Generally, nothing to complain about. For a quick trim, or a regular haircut this is a good option to consider.

If you need a quick trim, nothing to elaborate and basically straight no layers....then I would recommend. However, I was highly upset with the shampoo that I received. I want a shampoo that feels good and is relaxing. The shampoo I received a couple days ago was so wimpy (not sure what other word to use here) it was pathetic. I also know that this location seems to change staff pretty quickly. Maybe it's time to try another location out.

I walked in with my 7 year old daughter with special needs and Rachael got us in right away and was very patient with us. I had just picked her up from school so my daughter's hair was messy and tangled and Rachael was very patient and gentle with her and she was able to do a great haircut with no hiccups! I would recommend her for sure!

I met Mikey at this location for hair coloring. We had spoken before what I wanted and he gave me the confidence and knowledge that I was looking for the right hair color. He paid close attention to my sensitive scalp and was super gentle on all steps. He is caring and super sweet. Mickey is a person that you will be very comfortable with. He is a very good hairstylist!

I took my daughter into another Supercuts for a hair cut and Mikey just happened to be working there that day. He gave my daughter a new hair cut which we have gotten so many compliments on! So of course we followed him over to where he is now.It's my turn now so I told "The Expert" to cut my hair and color it however he thought it would look the best! He did, and I have gotten so many compliments. Plus it is so much easier to take care of. I highly recommend Mikey. My daughter and I both will continue to go to Mikey at Supercuts.

Just wanted to Give a big huge thanks to Michael Ridgway for making me feel like a movie star! I got more than I hoped for. I've strives for this look in many salons, spent more than im willing to admit. When I tell you, I was in tears of pure joy. I have never felt more beautiful.Thank you again. Best hair do ever.

The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last 2 years, as have they everywhere. But they do a good job of getting you in quickly and getting your service done quickly.

$24 for a basic haircut is absurd. Haircut was short and sweet. I give the lady cutting my hair nothing but respect, but the price is way to high for a basic cut. I researched that Supercuts average is about $14 for a haircut…. But any franchise will do their own pricing. Hence the high price. I’d revise the price and put more money in your stylists/hairdresser/barbers pockets via tips. If price is more reasonable I would consider returning on a regular basis…
