What really bothers me is if you order a cold drink which is needed this time of year- it is made with half to 3/4 full of ice - must not care or realize that we are already buying a $6 plus drink and you get maybe half of the cup! such a joke!

Here on vacation and we have stopped for coffee every morning. Jordan is amazing. She remembered our order and has the best customer service ever. She made our mornings so much better and we’re thankful for her excellent skills. Thank you!

It's a Starbucks. Same as all the rest.. overpriced coffee and processed microwaved food. Employees are good, and this one is in Safeway so if you have small purchases you can ring up here. Giving this one for stars for that, as I usually give Starbucks 3 stars unless they are truly terrible. I mean, Starbucks is the very definition of mediocrity.

As with most grocery store locations in Tucson, this one violates the official Starbucks policy offering complimentary refills to rewards members who scan the mobile app. These locations attempt to evade accountability by gaslighting customers, insisting that customers must be Gold-level members to receive the benefit, even though this is not true per Starbucks policy. I know because I have called Starbucks corporate about this issue and received a credit on more than one occasion. If you want to see Dr. Jeckyll transmogrify into Mr. Hyde, bring up this topic at such a location, or just ask for a free refill. Nor do these locations permit members to earn in-app points like Starbucks locations staffed by Starbucks employees, making earning Gold tier status impossible if shopping exclusively at these affiliated locations.

Same for all of these places, this chain of coffee companies, can't make a decent espresso or a cappuccino, all they cater too are people who don't really know what those are supposed to taste like. If you want a Frappuccino, then they are good at making these, forget about a great shot of espresso or a cappuccino, not their forte ..., their beans are over roasted, the coffee taste burnt, for a better choice go to Savalya...

Went to Safeway today, spent $118 and expected to get 14 Monopoly Tickets. I was told they were out. I need two more tokens to get $10 reward. You advertise that the game is on until May 4th. I want my 14 tickets so I can get my $10 reward. I also did not get all the items I paid for today. Am missing two packages of donuts. The ink is out on the cash register slip and it is very difficult to read the items I purchased. Not a good day today at Safeway.

This location is not open at 5am. It is a Starbucks in-store stand operated by Safeway employees and because this Safeway is not open at 5am this Starbucks location is also not open. Store hours need to be changed ASAP!

They have great costumer service!! Even tho my drink I wanted was out, they made me something very comparable. And then went into the back room and found the fruit base I wanted!! So very sweet I appreciate the kindness!! From Jordan and the 2 other men working today
