What an absolute gem of a place! From the owners to staff it’s clear everyone enjoys their job and loves what they do. I went for a sold out book signing which was well run and efficiently managed and I’m excited to go back and see it in “normal” conditions.

What a fun place! Great selection of curated books and games, plenty of cozy seating and wonderful cafe with great coffees and treats. It’s a perfect spot to relax and read or visit with a friend over coffee. Go check it out! You’re sure to love it!

I appreciate the effort to create a community hub where one is needed with fun events. However, they need to hire an actual barista- latte tastes slightly burnt and watery. (I have tried at least five times to make this work.) Book selections are meh - you can count on the big titles but nothing noteworthy. I wish them the best and maybe they’ll get the hang of it.

What a gem for Oro Valley! The place is bustling with lovely locals, great coffee, and the smell of books all around. It can get a little busy at times, but when it's not, it's such a nice place to sit, relax, sip coffee and read a good book. My dream would be for this place to expand and open another location in Tucson! ?

Really cool little book store and cafe where you can find some of the best works in each genre of literature and grab a drink while you read. I try to go anywhere that supports Cal's Bakeshop, not only because he makes the bed cronuts and donuts in town, but also. Cause most of them are vegan. The Coffee Stacks serves is Yellow Brick road, which packs a nice flavor even when you add milks. Would highly recommend Stacks if you are meeting a friend, taking a break, or just need a good book.

We became a member of Stacks Book Club soon after it opened once we realized we were going there almost every weekend. It's pretty far from us, but worth the drive! The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of books, coffee, and a few breakfast items. My go to is the coffee flight when I can't make up my mind, but they serve Yellow Brick coffee so anything is going to be pretty good. They also serve Bubbe's bagels which is another of my favorite. There's not too much seating inside, but if you get there early enough you can usually snag a table or comfy chair. There's also a small patio outside too. In addition to books and coffee/food, they also have a good selection of games, gifts, and greeting cards from local makers. I've gone a few times to pick up gifts for my book-loving friends (and myself). The only downside for me is the music. Every time I've gone in, it's been pop or rock at kind of a loud volume, which isn't bad for browsing, but makes trying to sit down and read or work a little difficult for me. Not a huge deal, that's just more of my personal preference for a book/coffee shop.

A really nice bookstore & cafe combo. I was happy to see plenty of folks here -- some meeting socially and others reading/working. There are small tables both inside and outside, and while there aren't TONS of outlets, there are some in select spaces (one next to the trash cans to the left when you walk in, one behind the table to the right as you walk in, probably at least one behind the couch). Solid wifi, music playing at a very reasonable volume level. I got an iced tea and a wrap (sourced from Flora's Market Run). The iced tea was great. A table near me got a coffee flight(!) so I definitely want to try that next time. They also have amazing-looking pastries from Cal's. I'll be back!

This is my first time visiting the Oro Valley Marketplace, I had no clue it even existed, so thanks to Stacks for showing me what else is out on Tangerine. Stacks is a great place to have coffee/pastry, read a book, and/or do some work. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back and there is some seating outside too. Stacks is small, but there's a decent selection of books to buy, as well as wine, greeting cards, knick knacks, and toys. The coffee and pastries are all made by local artisans and some offerings are vegan, which is a plus for those that do not eat dairy or meat; and the beer and wine are native to Arizona.

Came up here all the way from Rita Ranch (to pet sit) and had to stop by Stacks. What a great coffee shop. The books are great to see and the coffee and pastries are amazing. The service was great they are very friendly. I am up here for a week and will definitely be back.I had to get Cals donuts and a lavender latter they were so yummy. Now we need one in Houghton Town Center.

Stumbled upon this place getting a haircut next door at Sports Clips. I was pretty stoked to see a local bookstore and coffee shop combo here in Oro Valley/Tucson. I ordered a cold brew which was pretty good and my wife ordered the Baklava Latte which she said was very good. Food wise it looks like the pastries are coming from Houldens (didn't ask to confirm) which are usually top notch. They have bagels from Bubbes I believe which are also great.Staff was very nice. Book selection was decent for the size, it's not going to be a Barnes and Noble but I did notice many books that I'd be interested in reading/buying.

I’m so excited about finding this coffee shop and bookstore combo near to me. I live in OV and up until now we didn’t have a coffee shop that would be open after 2pm. I’m not a fan of Starbucks coffee and I prefer local businesses. It has a nice atmosphere, the music playing is not intrusive, they have a good selection of books to browse. I liked my latte and the prices are comparable to other coffee shops on town. I’ll be visiting this place often for sure!

This place is a gem. It's the cutest indie bookstore+ cafe with immaculate vibes. Their drinks are always fantastic (I think they have some of the best chai lattes - it's the right level of spicy), they have local baked goods from Cals Bake Shop and more, and a grab-n-go snacks/lunch fridge. The selection of books is pretty good, and you can always ask for an order! No doubt you'll find something you're interested in.This is a great place for a meetup with a friend, to sit and work for a while, to find your next read, or just to enjoy the atmosphere. I'm a Stacks fan for life.

Amazing bookstore! They have the best food available from the most popular spots throughout Tucson. Adult beverages and amazing coffee. The book selection is top notch, just imagine the top ten lists plus new up and coming authors from every genre. So many classics to fill up your library at home or if your looking for something new you never would have thought to read. I love this bookstore!
