I had the BEST experience at this salon tonight! I was supposed to get my hair washed at another salon at about 5:30pm but my hairdresser called at around 3:30pm and said she was ill and couldn't do it. I was at the end of a three week visit and going back to Colorado tomorrow. I have a little longer than midback length hair, I hadn't washed for days in anticipation of my appt so it really needed washing. My sister and I called 4 other salons in the area and all were "booked". So I saw this salon was in our area, and we frequent Walmart for shopping, but I've never used a salon at one before. I was fortunate to have Stephannie answer the phone. Even though it was supposed to close at 6pm, and she had 5:15 appt, she said to come about 5:45pm and she would do the wash! She was personable, kind, fun, and responsive to my requests. I had a great wash, comb out and dry as she didn't want me to go out with wet hair and she stayed late to do it.I would go back to her every visit (and ask for Stephannie) as I was so pleased!
