“Im so thankful for Sharon! Over the weekend I did the online process of getting a storage unit. I thought that was it cause it gave me my storage number and the gate code. So me and my fiancé took our stuff and the code didn’t work. Sharon, the manager, saw us and came out. She had to finalize some things on her and that’s why the code wasn’t working yet. But Sharon was amazing! She didn’t have to help us, due to it being a holiday, but she did anyways and we were so grateful for her help. Even though I felt dumb cause I thought we were all set to go, she was just so kind and I felt so bad on my end due to it being my fault. But she showed no annoyance towards us and was happy to help! “Very clean, safe and secure storage facility. On-site manager extremely helpful in selecting correct size and location. Site was convenient and close to where we live, which was great given the frequent back and forth visits we did while emptying out the storage locker.”
