Manger needs to take a chill pill.
I’m waiting in line and she’s says “next person” while clearly there’s a costumer waiting at the checkout box still preparing to leave and the manager being all in a rush.i thought she was a new employee at Ross getting used to the job until i saw her name tag saying “manager”. Plus she is also scanning items very quickly and clumsy with fragile items. Maybe tone it down a bit and take your time! It’s Ross don’t take it very seriously everyone is just trying to buy their items and leave and Not having to fix any broken/damaged items that they PAID for because the manager is in a rush I understand the lines are long but you need to calm down!

Expect to stand in long lines. The store can be pretty picked through and left with only undesirable items. Lots of resellers shopping at the store. The staff is great, but not enough of them. I wish they had a quick check out line for shoppers that just want a few items.

Had a horrible shopping experience at the Oro Valley Ross store today. Long waiting lines for cashiers. A disability makes it hard for me to stand in line and I was in pain while waiting for two cashiers to work through all the people. When I finally got up to one she was very rude because I approached her "too soon". She was fidgeting with some merchandise and made it a point to take her time even though I apologized for walking up early and told her I was in pain and tired of standing in line. She could have taken care of me immediately but stalled so much that other customers offered their place with the other cashier. She was extremely rude, the other customers saw it also. Her name was Cindy.

The location at Cortaro is a very good one. Stay away from the location on Oracle Road in close to the Tucson Mall terrible service service, rude, and in need of security.

This is absolutely the place to stop and grab a shirt on clearance. Or get an extremely discounted, Fossil watch. A great selection of suitcases and sheets, blankets and comforters like $12.00 and more.

This is purely for the person in charge of the fitting rooms. I walked up and asked if the fitting rooms were open and she answered "yes why do you think Iam standing here!" I proceeded to walk up with my cart she pushed ME and my cart back screaming "no no no you don't come here you stay back stay back". I grabbed my stuff placed it on the rack and she rudely told me to go on. When I was trying on the clothes I could hear how rude she was to other customers. When I walked out she said "these people don't know what to do iam sick of it". I proceeded to hand her the clothes I didn't want and she pointed at the rack and said. "No I don't want it hang it there now" it was all just so rude and unprofessional and it truly made me so upset. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that is no way to treat customers or people in general. Everyone else was great. A sweet cashier was who made my Ross experience much better after getting pushed and yelled by that horrible employee .

Love it I can almost find something every time I go. Love the quality of most of the cloths great brand names too
