“I rarely take time to write reviews but felt that after my experience with Smart Move I should take the time. The crew that was sent over to execute the move, Jordan Yuri and Molton, were on time and immediately began working. They took time and care to carefully pack and load my belongs on the truck. Even taking extra care to protect my valuables they were extremely fast in getting the job done.Nothing was damaged during the move and the offloading was handled well. Items were placed where designated and all three of the young men were very respectful and cooperative in making this move the best I've ever experienced. This is coming from someone who have move more than a dozen times.I would highly recommend this company if you have a move coming up.”

“Calling and booking was easy with no runaround. Rey and Gil were great. They were early and super nice. They loaded all my belongings from a storage unit to their truck, and unloaded at my new house, all in less than 4 hrs, and put everything where I wanted it. They were careful with the fragile stuff. This was a local move, but they told me that for long distance moves they do the entire move themselves rather than transferring your stuff to someone else’s truck with other peoples stuff to make the journey. I’ll call them when I move out of state in a few years. Recommended.”
“Excellent movers. I've been through 15+ moves with professional movers and this is the first move where I felt completely assured the whole process from quote to completion. The owners are incredibly kind and professional. The staff they sent out were very careful with my belongings, and moved quickly (it was 109* out!) and efficiently while also making sure everything was strapped down properly, furniture was wrapped, and fragile items delicately handled. I have an heirloom piece of fragile furniture that was broken in a previous move and was incredibly difficult to get repaired. One of the movers transported it perfectly and explained to me how to move it safely based on the physics of the piece if I ever wanted to put it in a different part of my house. They took special care to make sure my furniture was in the right place in my new house and even checked to make sure the dresser drawers would clear the bookshelf! I'm very short and they checked with me to see how high boxes could be piled so I could reach to unpack. Everyone was communicative through the whole process. They are super easy to get ahold of. They were very flexible with me on multiple date changes for the quote. Besides the fact that they were the most affordable company out of the 6 quotes I got, they also treated me like they would family. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing moving services. Also, they do long haul AND local! Additionally, they told me absolutely no surprise add ons or fees and that was 100% true. Everything was EXACTLY as it was in the written contract, no surprises.”

“Alfred Jr, Steve, and Dakota came to my father’s house to move a lot of heavy furniture, potted plants, boxes, etc. as the house is being ready to be sold. They arrived early and got right to work. They were so friendly and helpful during the whole process. Not only did they take a part of the load to our storage facility, they also brought many heavy pieces to my home and helped me get everything in place. They also took the final furniture to another home for us. I can’t say more great things about this crew and I’d highly recommend them to anyone that needs professional movers!”
“We had to move a hot tub and had never used movers before. It was right before Christmas, and trying to get a time down was difficult on both ends, so we decided to wait until after the New Year. The day after New Year's, I got a call from **** and we got it scheduled for the next day. It went just fine, they were on time, and ************ worked hard to move that hot tub. **** followed up after they picked it up, and after they delivered it to make sure everything went well. “We recently used Delivery Doctors for a house move that included a large cabinet with curved glass doors (heavy and fragile) and about a dozen bookcases. The crew dismantled them for the move and everything arrived intact. The crew was efficient and friendly. I would use this company again without hesitation.”

“Driver with 728 at 1400 hrs on alvernon. Strait trash, pulls out in front of people like they just own the road. All the complaints I've seen are about your drivers. You would think it would say something about who you have damn near killing people cause they are in a hurry”
