I have a family reunion this weekend and dress clothes are not my usual, so after walking in and being very lost, he guided me in the perfect direction and was very attentive. Even when there were a couple people in the store, he was able to bounce between each of us exceptionally. It seems like a Peter has multiple good reviews and I’m hopeful he is recognized for that. “It is always a pleasure to shop here, from the time we walk in to the time we walk out every time we are well taken care of by the sales representative. He is always happy to help and very knowledgeable, from t-shirts to my husband's wedding outfit we shopped here. The store is always super clean and very well stocked, easy to navigate alone but you will have help if needed at all times.
My only draw back which is not with the store but the HB brand itself is that 8 out of 10 t-shirts that have a pocket will have a hole in the pocket, making it useless.”

“This location on oracle has the best customer service and more of a selection of clothing. Please recognize Gillian she was very helpful and you definitely can tell she loves her job. This kind of customer service is what is needed at the Ajo location. We didn’t have a great experience at that location everyone was too busy to help and irritated when asked for help.”

“I went looking for jeans and I was advised by an employee that unless it was a return from the website, all jeans are 'regular' length. Aka no tall or short jeans. The employee was kind enough to get a reader to check the jeans I was looking for to see if my size even existed in the store before I sorted through piles of hands. We found A pair! And I was excited and thankful I did not have to dig through shelves and shelves of jeans. Don't be afraid to find an employee!”

“I bought a black suit last week from a great sales person named Reina. She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very nice. I returned today to pick up my suit after it had been hemmed and for some reason the jacket did not fit. I'm unsure as to what had happened however, after talking with the owners Reina made sure to address the situation with a smile and went out of her way to make it right. The male sales person that works with her could use a few lessons on customer service from her. As he tried to interfere with the situation and made it worse for a short time. I have bought several suits here and have never experience this before. Reina is the sales person I will look for from this point on when I am buying a suit.”

I leave some time at the beach and some times in America and always my color is changing, that why I don’t use always the same color, I’m not gonna buy from this because lady Atencion,”

“Came in about 15 minutes before close, was touch disappointed to find that 99% of the jeans that I liked they didn't have in Long sizes, asked one of the employees, Joel, if they possibly had some in the back and he went above and beyond to find me a pair that I liked in my size. He was so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 customer service and kindness, especially so close to closing time.”

“The employees are nice but Everytime I come here, they're almost out of every size except 00, 0 and 2. I know those are most likely the least popular sizes so they're the only ones left but they should be able to keep up with the demand for larger sizes.”
“Would not accept my return even though I was in compliance with their return policy.UPDATE 11/01/2023: After emailing their customer service, I was provided a full refund. They said that it is their policy to not accept returns for lip balm. I hope their website and receipts are updated to reflect this as well.”
“When my son was killed in a car accident in Oct 2020 we lost his Vans hoodie that he lived in too. My son was a huge Vans fan, shoes, hoodies, tshirts, socks, skate board, and he had a 2 ft Vans sticker across the hood of his car. I reached out to a local Facebook group asking if anyone had another hoodie like my sons as it would help me feel connected to my son. Someone that worked at Vans saw my post and talked to his manager, somehow it got all the way to the owner of Vans. Not only did they find a replace hoodie like my sons but they scavenged their inventory to find one for me and each of his brothers, 3 hoodies in total and instead of offering at a discount they gifted them to my family for free, threw in 4 of the 2ft stickers and said we were family for life. This is a large company and by no means had to do this, but they did. In the worst time of my life Vans offered my family comfort. For this kind gesture my whole family will always support Vans!”

“My granddaughter likes jeans and I had taken her to the outlet store. Since the outlet store moved, I searched and found out they had a regular retail store closer to me so took her to this store. The store is neatly organized by size and style. I hadnt realized how many styles there actually are. For fit, you can get baggy, skinny, high rise, bell bottom, straight, etc. Fortunately my granddaughter knew what kind she wanted but then you have the color choices, mostly shades of blue but the person helping us showed us some online of new colors coming out and even found a pair in the back to show us. They have both mens and womens jeans as well as some tops. A few things were on sale (including fortunately a pair of jeans my granddaughter liked). They also offered to help us buy online any we didnt see online had have them sent for free. I wish prices were lower but they are a good quality and my granddaughter was really happy with what she got. They fit great and looked great on her. The staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. I was glad to have found the store.”
“This is the biggest forever 21 in the state and I found a lot of items to purchase. The second floor is mostly clearance and happened to be buy 1 get 1 free. The plus section had a lot of items and wasn't limited in selection.”
