“Researched the Brooklyn Beds. Seen they had a store near me yeah! Went in to store on Thornydale ,all was quiet and clean. One sale person named Ido.
He was very nice, soft spoken. Explain what I was looking for and why. He guide me to a top end bed. Spent time on it resting I love the bed right away. Ask about clearance beds. Try one out that was a big No. Showed me a firmer bed and another bed that were a step down from the one I tried first. They were nice beds also ,but the first one won out. We discuss pricing, explain my budget ,he got me pretty close , even though it was over a little bit . No upsale , no pressure, respected my space...

“I had one of the most helpful, easy and pleasant purchase experiences ever at the Sleep Number store on Oracle Rd & Wetmore Rd in Tucson yesterday. This is thanks to Stefanie Coley, who was very patient, knowledgable, and informative about their beds and other related products. This isn’t a product review because other than the pillows, which we love, we don't yet have the bed as it must be delivered. However, the bed I’m replacing is a Sleep Number bed (previously known as “Select Comfort”) and I used and loved that bed for over 26 years. Thanks for taking such good care of us Stefanie!”

“Home depot couldn't deliver due to back order. I had no washer and went to christies for help. The associates that assisted me were Will and David. They were both very friendly and helpful. I was not pressured or overwhelmed with my purchase just great prices and awesome service. The delivery team was awesome and set everything up and operated the washer.
