“I have had the utmost wonderful experience at this UPS store.. I have been going here for several years. The Manager Ehab is the kindest ❤️man ever . I always get a greeting a hello from him makes me always want to go back to this store no matter where I live. Sana is quite a Gem ? she’ll do anything for you she is the master of all trades ?. I’ve seen her work under such pressure and still can have the most beautiful smile ? and a way about her that she makes you know your in the right hands. So between Sana and Ehab I never want to go anywhere else. Also Leena is the most unique ?individual I have met she greets me with a smile ?every single time I’m in the store. The Customer Service at this Store is Superb they deserve a Star ⭐️ for hard work and all the hustle and bustle. Customer Service is definitely not easy try their day for one day . I’ve been there long enough in one day it gave me a headache ? I’m not sure about the last review but how hard is it to scan your package at the kiosk. I actually like it the kiosk is quick and easy which is nice because then I’m in and out no hassles just quick and easy . I understand Oro Valley has alot of Seniors so they may find it difficult to use the kiosk modern technology is not always easy. Once one gets the hang of it it’s really easy ?……Thank You Ehab ….Sana and Leena for being such a Wonderful Team I don’t know what I would do without you ?⭐️???”

“Everytime time I go in to this store, I have the best experience I've been to a few other ups stores and the associates are always rude or in a hurry. Lynette always goes above and beyond for me. She's always smiling and having conversations with everyone. Even when there's a long line and she's by herself she handles it professionally and tries her best to get everyone in and out. “To ANYONE who leaves the store a bad review is wrong. The store is great! If you ALL read your amazon return code correctly if it says CUSTOMER PACKED, that means YOU need to pack your item box it up and sea it ready to go. If your code says NO BOX NO LABEL then they won't charge for tape or anything because it doesn't require a box. They charge for services because NOTHING is free! Don't expect to get free services. Faxes there's a fee, using there computers and printing there's a fee, making copies, there's a fee, using THERE tape there's a fee. Nothing is free so stop expecting stuff to be free! READ YOUR CODES AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY and you won't have a problem. If you don't like how they do business then go to a different store :) ive learned that each store is independently owned so they all do business differently.”
