Wow!!! I've avoided this lab for years. Staff was unpleasant, which I NEVER understood. Most of us are in there because of a medical condition and do not feel well. Being approached by a cranky phlebotomist never helps. Also, the area that blood is drawn was all open; no privacy. I went reluctantly today and wow! WOW! W.O.W!!! Friendly staff, no wait (I had no appointment and arrived later in the day since I wasn't required to fast) AND they renovated the interior so that there ARE partitions separating you from other patients. It felt more private and professional. Thank you Labcor for making it such a pleasant experience!!!! I'll definitely be back since it's closer to my home AND a now, a positive experience!

My clinic repeatedly tried to fax a lab form to this location with no success. I was told it wasn’t there. I verified the fax number but no success. The staff member was unsympathetic and told me it was my responsibility to ensure the fax was sent. I finally gave up and canceled the appointment and went with Sonora Qwest. No issue there.

I don't know what the negative reviews are on about. Every time I come here everyone is nice and professional. I am always in and out super fast (even as a walk-in) and the blood draws are quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone needing bloodwork!

Front office staff is rude and doesn't listen long enough to hear even a full name then will let a patient sit there for an hour before asking for more information if they can't find lab orders. Dr office confirmed orders were sent twice and received both times but front office staff just said over and over to call the doctor office without even looking to see if they had the orders. Finally at the phlebotomist and she was not gentle.

Very difficult handicap access, ramps have large gap between ramp and parking lot surface. Wheelchair front wheels get caught in the gap and potentially cause Wheelchair to tip forward. Also no automatic open button on door and threshold is difficult to roll over with Wheelchair.

I get a different story every time I try to get my labs done! I need these tests to figure out what is wrong! Sending me away because I don’t have a babysitter, because the test’s suddenly need to be done between a certain time and I’m still 5 minutes away from being out of time, keeping me waiting for over an hour the very next day so you end up doing the test the same time as you would have the day before, is unacceptable treatment! I’m already dealing with a health issue and you’re treatment has made everything worse! Shame on you!

This is a very handicap difficult place to access. Just two or three spots several business down from their front door. Spots were all taken. Curb barriers right in front of business with adjacent business blocking the sidewalk with outdoor eating. Employees blame the center, but they have been there for years. Anyone with problems of mobility should chose a different provider.

I am a CPT so I went to school for phlebotomy, and you can tell some of these employees have not. One of the worst things you can do is fish a vein. That is when they insert the needle one way and then completely change the direction of the needle while in the vein because they missed the vein. This is what just happened to me. You can just tell by the way they draw your blood they have not been properly educated. I would recommend going somewhere that has people who know what they are doing, because apparently you don't have to be certified to work there.

These people know their jobs, are professionals and make your visit as short and comfortable as possible. I recommend this location highly.

The entire time he was drawing my blood the phlebotomist told me details of an almost 40-year old murder. Definitely never coming back here. The Sonora Quest the next street over is so much better.

I have diabetes insipidus so I need blood and urine testing routinely, often once a week, and this is by far the best LabCorp in town. I drive all the way from Ventana Canyon for it. They're always fast and competent despite being very busy. Absolutely recommend.

Still requiring facemasks after they have been proven to NOT work to stop or reduce the spread of covid. Even the CDC has changed guidance. Wake up!

Rude staff. I had an appointment she informed me infront of everyone they did not have the stool sample kit and gave me their orders to run over to another lab and get all my labs done. Went to friendly staff member gave me kit but could not take Lab Corp orders. Went back to lab Corp they were rude again needed to see kit and needed to have sample before blood. I had fasted and I know they could have taken my blood sample and I could have brought back sample. They are rude inefficient and never going in to the place at Oro Valley again. Horrible place!
