Kohl’s is a great place to shop. There is a large selection of items in every department. The Oro Valley store in Arizona has very friendly people working there. Plenty of parking. Fast service.

Great shopping atmosphere, lots of sales and beautiful Christmas items. 01/20/2025 prices are kinda on the high end , but was still able to walk out with a few nice bargains.

I went to purchase a electric blanket, your website states you have 11 in stock. I have a online coupon for 30% off. I get here and there is NO electric blankets, and as far as the 30% off coupon did NOT apply to anything else I bought! Everything I brought wasn't on sale either! It's called bait and switch! A extremely unethical business practice! No wonder your company is in Financial trouble! DO BETTER!

I purchased a tennis bracelet a tear ago for Christmas and just got the diamonds tested .... come to find out they are not diamonds! They are stones! MOISSANTIE to be exact i bought them during a sale from 1200 to 900.... im sooooo disgusted I'll never recommend KHOL'S.. the 14k was real just NOT THE DIAMONDS, GOT told I just paid for the damn name had it tested 3 times 2 different ways

Staff is polite and kind. Store is looking a bit empty though and isn't as exciting a visit as it was in the past. Not sure what is going on with Kohls.

The sales associate at the cash register was excellent. Her name was Daniella. I would give her more stars if they were available. What an exceptional employee! She deserves recognition!😀

Why do I have $5 Kohls Cash listed on my account (good 11/1 - 12/31) yet the clerk always tells me I don't have it. So why is it still listed on my account online? I check my online account and it's there! Can you explain that?
